OMG BEST BOBA IN TOWN Service is insanely good, parking lot is top tier. They have board games too! Drinks are amazing, the food is 5 star, especially the popcorn chicken and the calamari. Definitely would go back everyday.

This milk tea is better than any milk tea that I drank in Taiwan. My favorite drink is the Jasmine milk tea, 30 percent sugar, no ice. It's always on point and consistent with the other i-teas. I like my milk tea strong in flavor. Service is not great, but I think I'm used to it now.

The Cashier lady with the glasses tried taking my change and my change was like 4 dollars terrible customer service and when I tried taking it she just dropped it in my hands and all the coins fell she is very rude. do not recommend this place if you want your change taken and terrible customer service.

The owner at I-team is very mean person, after have some food and milk tea, I asked her for restroom, she said no right away, I told her I have 2 hours for driving, I please her for me to used it. But no, she said don't ask me why... I don't think this is a good place to come.

Things I like about this place: The milk teas and popcorn chicken, parking lot, Clorox wipes on the table Things I don't like about this place: No bathroom, non existence service (clean your own table), have to ask for literally everything (napkins, sauces) I'm always back for specifically the popcorn chicken! And the drinks haven't disappointed me thus far.

The oldest woman who works there is just plain nasty. She's either the owner or the manager, whichever...most unpleasant,unprofessional and ungrateful business manager or owner or whichever ever. This will be my last visit, been going there for years and put up with it because of convenience but she pulled the last draw. Some employees are nice but not all. They are definitely not trained to have any sort of pleasant customer service. They don't deserve customers.

Their strawberry and mango tea is my favorite! But everytime I try to give their popcorn chicken a chance, it comes out very dry and lacks flavor. :( The one I drive to in moraga, gives you more popcorn chicken for the same price and is very juicy and delicious!
