Came at 8:30pm to get our boba fix. I don't know how it's possible to get bad service at a boba shop but the girl taking our order wasn't too happy last night. My bestie asked to add grass jelly to my matcha red bean smoothie and she looked at him like he was crazy and questioned his request with a slight attitude. Trust me, it's the best combo. Been coming here since it opened and never had any issues with their food or staff. I love how huge the drink menu is when you walk in. I just wanted a drink so I got the M3 Strawberry blossom drink with boba. I thought it was perfectly made and it was delicious. Staff was nice and my drink was done in a timely manner. The one thing I found annoying when I was waiting inside was how loud the volume was on their speaker. The girl calling the order numbers sounded like she was screaming....read full review

3-stars because I don't want to be that person who only rates when bad experience happens, but!!! I ordered online, tipped. Arrived 15 minutes later and got no notifications on wether if my FOUR drinks were ready or not, i checked in with the cashier who looked so bothered standing there doing nothing.
