Love it..i always go there every other day
My go-to itea around the area! The San Leandro one doesn’t hit the same. It feels dirtier? This place has pretty quick service and my drink is almost always good/consistent. Customer service varies by employee but overall pretty well trained it seems.
the mango sago is top tier. definitely trying again. so good and refreshing.

The service is quick and no nonsense, and the restaurant provides a top-tier parking lot and board games for customers. The food items are great, with the popcorn chicken and calamari, as well as the squid balls, being highly praised and seasoned perfectly. The milk tea, especially the Jasmine milk tea and toffee milk tea with puddings, is a standout menu item. The frosty litchi is a favorite, and the Hong Kong style lemon tea is a favorite thing from here. The team was fantastic, and the staff welcomed customers warmly, making them feel at ease.
