It takes some time to figure out how to get the least sugar and calories in your smoothie. Strawberries wild...small... light with soy protein is good. Also like orange carrot karma but not sure about the sugars in it. Razmatazz small light w pro is good too. But even still its got 30 grams of sugar. That's like the total you should have in a day if you want to lose weight, if not even less. At least its all from fruit and you are drinking the fiber too.
I am a doordasher and a Super nice lady today in the after noon around 11pm I wish I would have got her name she was a black woman she offered to give me a drink for the wait time I never had someone ask me if I wanted anything for waiting. I didn't want to bother her in making me one so I kindly declined. I appreciate the hospitality 🫶
