It's been a while that I've felt this neighborhood lil Caesars had good quality pizza & service, but I definitely felt it today. Had a $2 pizza deal on a classic. Dough was thick and hearty. Cheese and pepperoni was plentiful. Young lady who's helped me a couple times is always nice and gracious. Thank you. This place has really turned around for quite some time now.

The only main reason why I'm giving it 1 star cuz when me and my mom went to this location I thought there was going to be alot of workers but we only saw 1 female worker doing everything making the pizza and answering the phone to people who wanted to do a phone order if this continues I might not be coming had much cuz how horribly fast food restaurants treat there employees not cool but I will giving it 5 stars for the food cuz the female worker that made our pizza did an awesome job on making it great job female worker

Never answer the phone. The pizza was not good worst little caesars ever
They can’t even point at the pictures and get it right… nobody speaks English or Spanish it’s like trying to order from beavis wait 20 min for a basic pepperoni pizza that’s supposed to be hot and ready and still get burnt cardboard in the end

This place used to be great and affordable, but now the service has really gone downhill. They just hang up on you when you call, and apparently, they won't even take orders with more than three items anymore.
Food is just like any little ceasers , yhe service however is absolutely horrible. If I could put a zero I would. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes of standing and calling to get a worker at the register.
They’re always in the back just ignoring, no hi , hello , or even we’re busy .

The staff is great at this store. Far better than the Emeryville store where customers seem to be just barely tolerated.
Vegetarian options: You can always get a loaded up pizza without any meats. Lots of options.

Definitely your go to if you like limp, soggy, sad pizza with a side of bad attitude.

Good food, but twice I've come and they don't have change for 100, even in the middle of the day. What's with that, I don't know, but come on, it's 2032...

I usually approach my reviews with a fair and understanding perspective, but my recent visit to Little Caesars in Alameda on November 24th at around 4 PM was nothing short of a letdown. As someone who appreciates good customer service, I was taken aback by the staff's attitude, particularly the individual handling our order.Firstly, there was a glaring issue with our order. We intended to enjoy a simple meal - just one pizza to share. However, due to what seemed like a lack of attention or perhaps miscommunication, our order was incorrectly doubled, resulting in an unnecessary expense of $50.When we attempted to address this with the staff member, his response was far from satisfactory. He refused to correct the order, stating that he had already informed the kitchen, which felt like a dismissive excuse rather than a legitimate reason. His approach lacked any semblance of kindness or understanding, which is fundamental in customer service. Moreover, his overall demeanor was unaccommodating. He barely paid attention to what we were saying, making us feel unheard and undervalued as customers. This kind of interaction is not what one expects when stepping into an establishment known for its fast and friendly service. In conclusion, this experience was a significant departure from the quality and service I've come to expect from Little Caesars. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive point for the team at the Alameda branch to improve their service standards and ensure no other customer has to face a similar situation.
