I was lucky enough to find Pacific Fine Food in time to hire them for a community Tiki party. Erin was warm and very professional. We were able to schedule a tasting to make sure we knew exactly what we would be serving. The food was delivered to the event, and it was a hit! I booked some food for a company sailing offsite that was leaving from Alameda and Erin and her team couldn't have been easier to work with. I gave her some dietary restrictions that the team had and she came up with a seasonal and fresh menu that was perfect for a day of sailing. Everyone on the team remarked how delicious, flavorful, and perfectly proportioned things were. The care and thoughtfulness of the food really came through. Also, the food was delivered and already on board the boat by the time the boat came to meet us in SF with little to zero communication from me!

These guys were incredible to work with! We had a birthday celebration for me that my husband was supposed to take care of the details (ha! ha!). A week before the event, he still hadn't gotten the catering. We searched and found a few whose menus were appealing - one just did charcuterie boards, one returned our call too late (but very nice) and Erin of Pacific Fine Food immediately reach out, crafted a spread with the $$/head we were thinking of and made sure we were reassured that everything would go as planned. She always responded immediately whether via text, phone or email. Wonderful communication! On the date of the event, the driver (forgot his name) arrived on time and beautifully laid out everything on the table. He gave us some instructions to make sure the taco bar was at the correct temperature and other little details. The food was a hit and the quantities were generous! And believe me, I was nervous since I hadn't sampled any prior to placing the order. On Monday, the same driver picked everything up at the time he said he would. He was very courteous, kind to our dog, and mindful of our home (10 stars in our book!). We can't recommend this company enough and plan on using them for other events we will host in the future. We used this company for our Rehearsal Dinner at the recommendation of the day-of coordinator for my son's wedding. They ran out of the main entree before even half of the guests had gone through the buffet line, and when I asked the servers to bring more, they replied that there was no more. I felt sick to my stomach because people were still coming in late and I worried that there wouldn't be enough food. We had worked so hard for months to host an event that the kids and their friends and family would enjoy and be proud of, and one bad decision on the caterer has me filled with regret. A few weeks after the event, Erin, our representative from Pacific offered to refund $500 for the inconvenience and their mistake in not sending enough of the entree. Several times I have reached out to Erin to ask why we never saw the credit on our card, but she doesn't even respond. She has no integrity and potential customers should stay FAR away from this company.

What's not to love. Excellent food and drinks. Not just really good, but Excellent! Ordered a tuna sandwich and I got sliced seared ahi piled high on fresh brioche with such a dressing! Mmmm. And the Music! Woo hoo! Steal that face right off your head!

No professionalism, the food made several of our family, staff very sick and when we called to discuss the matter Jeff Rosen the chef he had nothing nice to say to us but be unprofessional, and rude. His staff couldn't believe it. His other staff members were absolutely wonderful, I would be careful of contacting this company as they aren't taking the necessary step to protect how they handle their food after covid. No Covid measurements were taken during our catering experience. if you would like a better more professional catering experience contact Havana Catering, 5 star service and food. The night before the party we caught covid and had to scrap all plans. With less than 24 hours notice they said it was no problem to cancel and offered to due it at a rescheduled date yet to be decided on yet, with no charge (despite the fact that I'm sure they started making food). Their first words on the phone were "how are you both doing?" expressing genuine concern. Rare to work with great people! Oh, and the food for the party when it was rescheduled was amazing, everyone raved, and it was all eaten! Thank you Pacific Catering!

Melissa and Kelly and team are absolutely amazing and came to my rescue! They jumped in pretty last minute to cater our company holiday party at Hangar 1. They made it so easy and were so adaptable in helping us with our holiday menu. Their holiday evening reception buffet was absolutely delicious and everyone loved the food (and quantity). The Herb-Crusted Salmon with Oven Roasted Tomatoes was a huge hit. They were quite festive with the decorations and was perfect for the ambiance. They had two servers stay with us during the event and they were so attentive and kind. I'd be thrilled to book Pacific Fine Food again for another event. Thank you!

I love the extensive menu selections, and the presentation is beautiful.
