Hands down the best pho in the Bay area! Cheaper with a much larger portion than anywhere else! Don't know what to order? Simple, order a number one extra large! $15.50 and you'll be stuffed! This is the best PHO on the Island. It really hits the spot on a cold day. The servers were friendly and accommodating even though we arrived close to closing time. Checked back with us to make sure all was well and really made it a very pleasant eating experience.
