Service was good, service was prompted. The French fries could have been fresh (semi room temp) Pass the holding time. The tables were greasy and food particles from previous customers. They should be sanitizing tables evert 30 to 45 minutes or periodically checking on the the dining room area.
There is a new person who works late nights, a woman, who is rude and condescending. She presumes that a request outside the standard order (for instance, requesting additional sauces) must be met with derisive declaration of "policy" that an additional charge is required...without bothering to give any benefit of the doubt that a customer would not necessarily have a problem paying the additional fee before she adopts a "high horse" attitude.
