The inside is nice and comfortable, creating a cozy environment. The noodles are perfectly cooked and have the right texture. Customers enjoy the variety of flavors, especially the yuzu ramen, which is amazingly flavored with the perfect amount of yuzu. The pork has a great flavor, and the egg is cooked to perfection. When ordering, the ramen is satisfying and better than the processed versions, reminiscent of childhood favorites but healthier. Although service can be a little slow at times, staff are friendly. Overall, it is highly recommended for a quality ramen experience in Alameda.
