Mike, Heidi and the whole gang are fantastic. The food is made to order and the pride shines though with every bite. You never know what fun secret goodies are being conjured daily. You could eat here every week for years and always love it.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had, plus a normal sandwich is $23! Took forever, lady talking on phone the whole time, very noisy other customers, seem to be prioritizing serving locals, took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches despite being one of only 4 customers in the store.

My girl and I stopped in for lunch today, our sandwiches were both excellent quality. Got Dutch crunch, was hella good. - Santoros has had excellent and consistent quality sandwiches as long as they've been open (since i was a kid 15+ years ago). Always great customer service as well every time I come in. I Will definitely be back when i'm in the area again.

Deli sandwiches are top notch, as are the people making them. Such a classic Italian Deli.
I've been meaning to go here for a while and finally did on a day they were less busy around 1:30pm. Ended up chatting with Mike and Heidi for about 30 minutes. After a while Mike started feeding us some of his chicken parm with lemon. Amazing!

Places such as this one are special. Cherish it.

Great place

Stopped by for the first time only to be yelled at by guy working there that “That’s not the menu!” As a first time customer I kinda expected more! Will never step foot in there again! Gave 1 star for food because I’ll never taste it!

Best sandwiches in the Bay! Been coming here for years and the quality has remained top notch. Ask for the prosciutto with water mozzarella.

First time we stopped by to check this place out. We had our dog, Tory, with us. The owners were very kind to her, even giving her the unusable end-piece of a block of deli meat. She was so excited about it and we really appreciated their kindness toward her. This place is Tory's favorite deli, so I guess that means we'll have to become regulars :)
