The drinks are always great! This recent visit we purchased one of the smiski toys at the register and after opening we discovered it was fake/a knockoff. For $10.99 it was very disappointing!

A lot of places are a little skimpy on the tapioca and this one gives you lots of large, well cooked beads. I hate when you bite into them and they're undercooked and this place is always perfect!!

The drinks were decent... but it took them very long time to make our drinks we have waited for at least 20 min. Also they did not have restroom for customers they even told us to go to other restaurants across the street (and there were so many people as well) I know cleaning will take extra works for them... I just hope the complex management company there to consider adding portable restrooms.
