Service: We were attended to/ sat down very quickly. Received our order fast. Food is pretty okay. If you don't like raw sushi, they have it clearly labeled which one is raw and which is cooked.
Cleanliness: The two times I have been here the table has been a little sticky and there was food spilled under the table. Dishware is clean though.
Atmosphere: More like sports bar vibes. Pretty loud/ echoey. Multiple flat screens with movies and/or sports playing.
Price: 20% gratuity is included. Rolls are typically around $12, but the lion king roll was $19 which I found pretty expensive compared to other sushi restaurants.
Overall I would go back because service is good and your order comes fast.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Our group of 13 (mostly seniors, people of color, and several with disabilities) dined here after church. Sadly, our experience was very disappointing for the following reasons: Although the food was okay when it finally arrived, the long wait and poor service overshadowed everything. As a Christian group coming from church, we were gracious and patient—but our kindness was not reciprocated. No management present and no demonstration of management or problem-solving skills. No water, soup, or salad was brought to the table until everyone was visibly starving. Our group included four people with disabilities and at least ten seniors, but there was no accommodation or courtesy shown. Restaurant was understaffed, especially in the kitchen and chef area. Silverware was not properly cleaned. Staff provided terrible customer service, with no apologies or attempts to make things right. Then they had the audacity to include a tip in every single bill and no discount was given to compensate for the inconvenience. Two members of our party left, ate at another restaurant, and returned before we were served. Waited over an hour to be seated; food was not served until nearly two hours after arrival. To top it off, it was my mom's 78th birthday—a day that should have been memorable for good reasons. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never return.
Always a great experience, thank you Chef David

Place was a staple in our family Birthday tradition. But this last go around the place had changed. It was noticeably more expensive and the service and quality of the food had noticeably dropped off. Automatic gratuity added and then you are easily fooled at check out time because there is another line for gratuity. It has gotten out of hand and I am extremely sad to report we will no longer be patronizing this establishment any longer. I am sure they are ben out of shape over it….. But hey if enough of you do the same they will improve. I just cant reward mediocre performance….

It has been almost nine years that my sister and I have dined at Shirasoni. I gave them a three star rating years ago. The food is okay. I had better elsewhere. It is still a three star rating. Nothing has changed except the price. It used to be $10.95 for a grilled salmon bento box lunch. It is now $18.95 for that lunch.
Okay, in my book, it is a hit or miss.

We had a wonderful Birthday celebration—lots of delicious food and drink, and super service. We highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.
Food was ok. Nothing special. A lot of the sushi rolls have cream cheese, which i don't like. Service was pretty slow for only a few tables being busy (went for lunch). Then they hit you with an automatic 20% Service charge for dinning in, which i missed as you walk into the restaurant.
