This location consistently so so at best from a attitude and service perspective. It will do and coffee is fine other wise. Get in and get out.

Actually just went here on accident, my order was at the one just across the bridge. But the guy was super friendly and was actively trying to find out why my order wasn't there when I realized the mistake. So, costume service alone would make me order here next time.

Located in a strip mall at the edge of Alameda close to Fruitvale. Lots of parking. Lots of seating inside and out. Bathroom. Friendly staff that were pumping out jams. A little.loud for my taste but I didn't need to focus and work....

Ordered within the mobile app and my order was ready within 7 minutes. The young women making my drinks was really nice and quick however the drinks were not what I was use to. The passion fruit pineapple drink was HEAVILY concentrated not even drinkable and the frozen strawberry lemonade just tasted like ice and lacked flavor (complete opposites.)My boyfriend doesn't like to go back to have the drinks fixed so we took a loss. Overall, fast quick service but the drinks are a hit or miss

I go here often and always order a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso (4 shots altogether) you'd think that since I'm paying for an extra shot they would give it to me but most of the time I get 3 and they think I don't notice but today it was only two shots of espresso I've also been charged $2 for 1 extra shot a few times and when I mention it, they say the prices went up but I'll check the app and it's still only a $1 and when I go back to the same location days later they charge me only a $1 again..weird. You'd think they would try to be consistent or just correctly follow the order but this location makes drinks however they want to and don't care about getting the order correct

I'm not the most dedicated fan of Starbucks, but I must commend some of the staff members that work here. Some have fallen off the deep end as their customer service was lacking, but others are just doing the best they can and are indeed trying their best to provide great customer service to those that come in. I used to live near here and it's had its ups and downs. I've had a few of the hot sandwiches here and they're good. The coffee depends on the type... the Ethiopian origin coffees are usually my favorite which I normally get if they are what's being served. I don't normally review a Starbucks, but this location is special. Highly recommend :)

I know decaf drinkers get no love in the coffee world, but even paying the decaf tax for an Americano, it was burnt tasting :(

Another business I frequent often, but have not done a Yelp review... Quality/Quantity - Consistent. Atmosphere - Back in the day, during my pre-Yelp life, I used to come here most often as it was on the way to the freeway for me.Easy in and out.Plenty of mall parking, and I usually had a "reserved" parking space that was always open, LOL.Open 7 days a week from 5am or 6:30am to 8pm, see Yelp for specifics. Service - Hit and miss. In the past, they had the WORST, rudest assistant manager working here (approximately 4-7 years ago). I used to hate buying my coffee when she worked. I was so surprised to find out she was not only in management, but was with the company for a while (years). But the good news is that she is finally gone, so life is back to "normal".But the service is still a hit or miss here. Price - $5ish for my Venti Frappuccinos in the past, now $2.95 for my tall drip coffees.I have done a good job cutting back on my coffee intake. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them are in the US.1992 IPO.2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee.2008 Loyalty card program.2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not.Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive thru and curbside pickup.

Extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes for a nitro with sweet cream. Really.
