Located in a strip mall at the edge of Alameda close to Fruitvale. Lots of parking. Lots of seating inside and out. Bathroom. Friendly staff that were pumping out jams. A little.loud for my taste but I didn't need to focus and work....
Ordered within the mobile app and my order was ready within 7 minutes. The young women making my drinks was really nice and quick however the drinks were not what I was use to. The passion fruit pineapple drink was HEAVILY concentrated not even drinkable and the frozen strawberry lemonade just tasted like ice and lacked flavor (complete opposites.)My boyfriend doesn't like to go back to have the drinks fixed so we took a loss. Actually just went here on accident, my order was at the one just across the bridge. But the guy was super friendly and was actively trying to find out why my order wasn't there when I realized the mistake. So, costume service alone would make me order here next time.
