On 11/03/23 I placed an online order for pick up. Once I walked in I was greeted as if I was a burden. I then gave my name, then a bag was tossed on the counter with the cashier saying here. I then proceeded with checking my order. I then noticed my fries weren't fries, just left over scraps of fries that were scooped from the fryer. It's okay that they messed up which flavors I wanted. However, the worker literally ignored me when I asked how long it would take. I also got no forks and napkins for my to-go order lol.

Been to this location several times out of convenience, but this will be my last.None of my visits were particularly awe inspiring but this was the last straw.General issues:Staff does not seem interested in assistingWait times are excessive- I have seen multiple people (including myself) get upset at this location about not receiving their order within the expected time.
