Good afternoon, I visited the store today and was very impressed on how bad the service was at this location. When we first walked in there was no connection between the partners and the customers. We stood there at the register not greeted, waiting for our order to be taken for 5 minutes. When our order was taken the person taking our order was very snobby, and seemed passive aggressive. After our order was placed we sat down inside and waited 20 minutes for our order. Mind you it was not peak (Starbucks rush hour) or busy in the drive thru. When our order was completed and we picked up our food items they were luke warm (it sat by the warming station after it was done for 10 min) and one drink was completely made wrong even after verifying with the person taking our order that it was a passion tango tea. Instead I got a peach green tea. Something I also witnessed that was very unsanitary, there was a partner that stuck the tube end of a whip (whip cream dispenser) into a drink because she messed it up. From what I could tell she was making a caramel ribbon crunch and forgot to add the whip to the bottom of the cup. Instead of putting the whip cream in the bottom of another cup, she stuck the tube through the frap and contaminated the whip and the drink. Overall the store is nice, but the customer service, cross contamination, and efficiency of this store needs to be thoroughly investigated & mitigated.

Very disappointed with the service during my visit The red-haired woman said to be store leader had an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, which created an uncomfortable experience, and horrible start to my morning. This isn’t the level of service I expect from Starbucks, especially from a store leader. I hope management addresses this to improve future customer interactions.

I came in today to place an order at the counter because the app wasn’t working. I ordered nine of the same drink, but they all came out differently. One of them was completely wrong, so I asked the barista to fix it. She corrected it, but with an expression that made me feel like I was making a “special” request.

I was working at a cafe, just like any other day, when a lady came by and asked if I needed a coffee refill. I was so pleasantly surprised and happily said yes! To my delight, she even brought it over to my table (with a new lid).
I’ve visited many coffee shops, but this small act of kindness made this Starbucks stand out as the best one I’ve been to in recent years.
I forgot to ask her name, but she truly made my day!

I was very disappointed with the service I received today 11am. My coffee order was ready at the counter, and when I politely asked the staff if the drink was for Ahmad (my order name), she looked at the label and very rudely replied, “No,” even though my name was clearly on it. I ended up waiting 10 minutes until another staff member stepped in to help me.
I kindly ask that you review the cameras from this time, as it is unfair and unprofessional for customers to be treated this way. I hope this can be addressed so that future experiences are more respectful.
