If you like heath bar, don't get their heath bar crunch ice cream. They put about 1 heath bar per vat.

My daughter and I were hankering for a little bit of ice cream after lunch and walked around the corner and there was Tucker's ice cream. It was a little harder to find and I thought because the front door is in a bit from the street. Entering there was a typical sour milk smell, but we know that's why it is with ice cream. The entry, and the premises is very nice, and the scooper was a friendly fellow. They also serve other things besides ice cream. We shared a double scoop of coffee, brittle, and Heath crunch. The coffee was really good but the Heath bar crunch was a lot more ice cream and not very many Heath bar bits. The double scoop with tip came out to nine dollars. We sat and ate our ice cream. The ice cream is really creamy.

I feel like a kid again! Tuckers took me back 30 years! The smell of the waffle cones coming in was a game changer! I got bubblegum ice cream in the waffle cone. It was everything I remember! It was delicious and nostalgic all at the same time! Great ice cream, great service!

It's been a while since we've been back, as my wife doesn't live in East Bay anymore. But Tucker's is near and dear to her heart. They have been serving the community since 1941. Amazing! Their ice cream is creamy, smooth, and rich. Old fashion classic flavors. They have other specialty items Light house music playing. Old rustic decor. Several tables inside to sit at. Both a men and women's restrooms are available.

What a disappointing experience. I was all set for a Chocolate Milkshake on early Sunday afternoon, March 24th but was told they were out of Chocolate Ice Cream and milk. How can an ice cream parlor be out of these 2 staples. Instead I ordered a scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream. Even this was a disappointment. No creaminess, just icy. Tuckers used to have such rich and creamy ice cream, but not any more. Doubt I will return which is a shame since I have been coming here for over 20 years.

Local ice cream shop with solid ice cream but somewhat overrated in my opinion. The ambiance is also somewhat wanting for a date.

so,so,so,so bad we ordered a cake for my sons birthday a week before for pickup on a Tuesday but when the time came to pick up it was closed.Ridiculous the young lady who toke our order literally forgot the fact that they were closed on that day so my son was waiting and waiting for me to pick up our cake yesterday but the cake never came so today we came there today to ask for a refund they gave it but guess what we had to wait like about 10 minutes before they actually dealt with our problem. The people there just gave us a refund and that’s it no compensation for our time and inconvenience on someone’s birthday which is not okay especially when it’s a kids birthday. The staff should of gave us something for that and they didn’t even apologize. The last time we came for a cake it was perfectly fine last year.I guess that the customer service has fallen off.Would not recommended going.

Tucker's Ice Cream has a classic ice cream parlor vibe that's undeniable. The atmosphere was cute and nostalgic, and the place was packed when we went there on the weekend. Even the wooden spoons that they give with the ice cream reminded me of the good old days.Service was friendly and fast. There were multiple people at the counter helping out different groups. They have quite a few flavors, and you can try out these flavors before settling on one (two or however many you like).I can never eat a lot of ice cream, so I really liked that they had a baby scoop option size. Other serving sizes are single scoop, double scoop, junior scoop, double junior scoop, and baby scoop. Now, the important part: the ice cream itself. It was decent! The fruity flavors were definitely on the mild side. The ice cream was creamy and flavorful, with a decent variety of classic and unique options. However, I wouldn't say it blew me away. I've had richer, more intense ice cream experiences elsewhere.

I came in w/my family as my mom was craving ice cream. She loves ice cream. This was our first time at Tuckers. She got her go-to flavor she gets all the time at other ice cream shops. The rest of us didn't get ice cream but we joined her at a table and I noticed she wasn't really eating her ice cream. She said it was wayy too sweet and was going to throw it away. I went up to tell one of the workers and took her cup with me to see if she could get a different flavor. The girl asked who had helped my mom. I don't know why this would be relevant? but I told them who but I guess that person had just left for the day. Anyways, the gal said yes she could get another flavor and asked what she would like. I went to tell my mom but she declined as she got the impression that all of their flavors were too sweet here. The girl said she could try some samples. My mom tried their coconut and said it was much better. The gal gave her a scoop of that instead. If you're visiting here, make sure to try samples first :)

Post pandemic, the quality of the ice cream has fallen significantly and the prices have gone up by a fair bit as well. For example, the heath bar crunch contains a lot less heath bar and the ice cream is no longer rich, smooth, and creamy. Instead, it's course and tastes like cheap ice cream I would get from the grocery store.I truly hope they can turn this around before people realize they can get something better elsewhere.

Salted butter caramel ... need I say more. Add a scoop of vanilla bean and put it in a waffle come and you have a happy customer. Cold ice cream on a cold night is the best.

All the people that are working there very nice. Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. Designed was Minnie Mouse. It came out pretty but we have to bring the figure. It would be better if they can make the figure.
