A classic Alameda ice cream institution that has been in the neighborhood since 1941! There is always a delicious smell of waffle cones that is just enticing. They make the waffles fresh in-house and they taste absolutely delicious on their own. It reminds me of the taste of a fortune cookie. What a great neighbor old school ice cream parlor est. 1941. Got a junior double scoop of Marble Butterscotch and Almond choco Fudge or any of the 2 dozen flavors available daily in a cake cone. They also have frozen chocolate-covered bananas and ice cream cakes for kid's parties. I heard there's a crazy 12-scoop Kitchen Sink sundae, but I haven't tried it yet!

However, I was very disappointed when I went last week. I just want a small scoop. So I decided to get 2 baby scoops. And i got a single scoop for my friend. The 2 baby scoops was extremely small comparing to the single scoop. I would not known if I didn’t order the single scoop. Guess what?! they are same price. So I told the server this is not right....
