Simple, no MSG, economical, HK style. I bought two dinners. The portions are big - more than enough for more 3 people for less than $30 total. Difficult to beat the price for the amount of food in these days. It does not have an after-eat thrust as they do not use MSG. The taste is decent enough. Nothing fancy but practical.
This is my favorite and best go to spot for authentic CHINESE rice plates in the east bay. Definitely a hidden gem.-CLEAN restaurant and friendly staff-fast service and generous portions-The food is fresh tasting, fresh ingredients, and good rice. (I mentioned the rice because not all places make it the right way!!)-Flavors and seasonings are always consistently good.

I like the proprietors here. Yeah, they aren’t obsequious but they are friendly enough, and they are great at what they do, which is provide you with delicious Chinese food.
Love the chicken aand broccoli, and, well, all of it.
It’s all good.
