The potato crusted halibut was delicious. Luckily we got in here early because it started getting busy. The Italian sausage pizza was also very good as well as the lava cake, we'll be coming back!
Jana Schwerin was right! Horrible food! Stephanie was a horrible bartender.
Favorite local place to eat. Everyone is friendly and it’s a nice place to watch a lil sunset over the hills if you sit outside. Plenty of natural light makes it a cozy place to be anytime.
We love Xenia its our favorite Alamo restaurant.
Tammi was an amazing server. Food was delicious and great atmosphere.
Great food, great service, love this spot!
It is a great restaurant to watch sports at the bar or enjoy the outdoors
Xenia is an Alamo classic. We have been coming for 15+ years. Food is delicious and consistent. The staff and owners make iyou feel like family! Try the salmon and halibut! Paella also a treat!

Excellent food and service. Sat inside this time, but they do have heaters outside. Always good food with good friends.

I haven't been to this restaurant in many years, and boy, has it gone downhill. Food bland, expensive, with slow service. Promised to accept a coupon at the beginning of the meal, then refused when bill came. Very rude manager. Slow service. Will never be back.
cancelled last minute on thanksgiving even though my driver already arrived there and even though i placed my order well ahead of time and they are open on thanksgiving with thanksgiving specials. wasted my driver's time and cost him money on the holidays plus now leaving me in a pickle. very thoughtless.
Paid $17.95 for fish and chips through DoorDash for literally ONE piece of fish. This was the center of our order/reason for ordering, so we were sorely disappointed. Had I known it was only 1 piece we wouldn't have even bothered ordering. Also a bit odd that they let you select between rare thru well-done for fish. The burrata tomato crostini was nice and we appreciated that they packed it all separately so it didn't get soggy. The artichoke spinach dip was nice. Both of these were also priced quite high at $16.95 each, though. The pepperoni pizza was decent and adequately priced, as was the chocolate cake.Overall not worth the expense.
My husband and I go out every Friday and have tried many restaurants in Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek. Zenia is our spot whether for drinks and appetizers or dinner. At many restaurants my drink is skimpy, watered down or the brand is substituted without asking if it is ok. Not here and the second is is not half the glass compared to the first full drink which is often the case at restaurants/bars. During Covid lock down we enjoyed their takeout especially the hamburgers . Always ready for pickup within 20 minutes and grilled to order. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is excellent, service friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
