The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the food. Every dish we had was seasoned perfectly and food that is unique to the place itself
The best hidden place on the east bay! Gil is wonderful to talk to, the menu is quite diverse, and over 40 non-alcoholic beverages!

I’m so happy that we stopped in for brunch today! Another spot was busy with rude people from the moment we parked. We didn’t want anything too rich and my friend and I are Asian so I remembered that there’s always a great fusion menu here. And we’re so lucky that weekends also include DIM SUM. Everything was scrumptious. Got my kid homemade chicken tenders and fries. There’s a batch of soufflé pancakes being prepped in the back (call ahead if you want them)!
Can’t recommend this cozy spot enough. There’s no sign but the atmosphere is unmatched in the warm, friendly service and I’ve never tried anything that isn’t downright delicious.

The food was good, though not exceptional. I’m not sure why the rating is so high, and I don’t feel it’s worth the price. There are plenty of better options at lower prices.

Food was good - not great but good. Burger was unremarkable but the dumplings were very good. Both steamed and pan friend - excellent broth with lots of umami. Their soda selection includes some supposedly sweetened with honey but it was actually sweetened with lots of sugar - more than any usual soda and then included honey on top. 250 calories worth.

310 Eatery is an undeniable East Bay classic. Bangin’ burgers, and perfect shoestring fries. But the real true joy of 310 is the absolutely impeccable service, unreal and as rare as snow in LA. The owner (I assume) is pure class. Love these guys.

It is a menu with very funny and creative names and food related to freeways, iconic parts of LA , all,I'm assuming yummy to the tummy.
The food: i had the dumplings, my favorite, sesame balls, are so crispy and delicious, the shrimp har gow is fresh and tasty, with plenty of shrimp!!. The pad thai,is also delicious, all these accompanied by a delicious iced thai tea, it is very satisfying.

Ill be honest. I was a little skeptical based on the menu options alone. But it was so much better than I could have imagined. The couple that own the place are sweet as can be. Very friendly. Gave a little history on his family. Had the noodles (i believe udon) and the pad Thai. My sister and I split the 2 dishes because we couldn't decide. They were both delicious but the noodle soup was leaving me wanting more. The broth was so packed with flavor. The beef was a type of rib I believe. One that is usually a tough. But Theirs was so tender. When im back in the area I will definitely be going back.

Stumbled on this place after a great rainy visit to the Albany Bulb park.
They were super dog friendly and welcoming. Next to a brewery.
Amazing dim sum
Everything cooked perfect.
OMG Burgers!
Incredible Pork Belly Sliders
Owners were naturally great hosts without trying to be.
I will be coming back.

Decent food, but the person taking orders has a bit of an attitude. In an area where you can get amazing food in most restaurants, I feel like staff should be friendlier for me to want to come back. Also, the prices are really really high and serving sizes are quite small for street type food. Definitely can find similar food for a better price in the area.

What a great spot! We loved how friendly everyone was, checking in to see if we had everything we needed. We were there for brunch and there were choices for everyone: burgers, chicken, noodles, dim sum... honestly, it made everyone happy. I had a stuffed French toast with poached eggs that was a delightful mix of sweet and salty. The dim sum was nicely prepared and had beautiful flavor and texture. We have ordered burgers via delivery in the past, which were good, but loved the experience in person. Certainly a basic-looking restaurant inside, so don't be fooled. Alcoholic drinks available from the bar next door via QR code-- they deliver!
