Great place! They’ve gluten-free beers, friendly staff, the best background music, and phenomenal food. I had the brisket sandwich and the brisket was top-notch, much better than what some of the Bay Area BBQ joints turn out. It feels cozy here and the patrons are friendly and jolly.
We love the Albany Taproom. Great selection of beers, they have a drawer of coloring books and crayons for the kids, and the food is delicious! We have been coming for years and always have a good time. I am honestly not sure why it isn't busier, as it seems like such an ideal spot.
The beer here is awesome, but the bar snacks are awesomer. The lamb tacos, burger of the day, or even pickled veggies as a side for fish and chips.The constant creations coming out of the kitchen are amazing. The picked jalapeño aioli is a nice addition to the weekly specials, and hopefully regular menu items as well.Mike, Paty, Gina, Tumi, Frutosa, and Sam make the trek here worthwhile.
