They closed early on Saturday, February 17. They were supposed to close at 8; we arrived at 7:30 and had placed an online order. Shame on you - we loved your burgers, but we will never eat here again without a *big* apology.

Like it but they closed earlier than their listed hours on a couple of occasions so that was disappointing.

Millionaires bacon was so bland in both texture and flavor had to check to make sure they actually put it on the burger. Just not that good tbh, the garlic fries were bomb but the burgers did not eatn their keep.

The guy who made my burger was very excited that I ordered it and gave me tips on how to eat it and I just think that level of care and attention is so

Horrible experience!! Just ordered a burger that I supposed to be kimchi burger. I asked for spicy chicken instead. The manager stated I couldn’t get that sandwich which was the same price of the original sandwich. His words “I need a profit.” Horrible customer service and piss management.

DO NOT EAT from here. Got a food borne illness/food poisoning and was sick for days! Save yourself the money. We ordered through Uber eats and the first red flag was that the fries were at the top of the bag touching the drivers hand. A clean restaurant wouldn’t place fries like that in a bag to be accessed to potential contamination in the air. Secondly, the burgers weren’t cooked all the way. Cooked at medium with some pink and red. Immediately started having symptoms of an eye blur in the right eye, stuffy nose, migraines, and nausea. For the next couple of days I ended up vomiting twice and now about to go to a clinic. Reporting them to the CDC! Uncooked raw meat served to customers is uncalled for.

Each burger was crafted with precision and finesse, utilizing only the finest ingredients and creative combinations. The handcrafted beef patty was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with just the right amount of char. Nestled between two lightly toasted brioche buns, it was accompanied by a medley of fresh vegetables that added a burst of color and crunch. The harmony of flavors, including the chef's secret sauce, elevated this burger to new heights of gastronomic delight.Aside from the exceptional food, the service was impeccable. I love consistent restaurants. The chefs and managers at Boss Burgers know their trade and take pride in their jobs. It's a great family environment that you won't regret visiting. Skip In-N-Out for this mid cost burger joint that will fill your bellies and souls.

Kid-friendliness: They have slightly discounted kids meals, soft drinks(though your kids don't need anymore).

I ordered the burger with blue cheese and a side of fries. The fries were fine - but fewer than in the past. The burger had no flavor, was raw inside and not well grilled on the outside. There was no kick to the blue cheese - in fact, it was gooey and not at all blue cheese - a watered down blue cheese dressing, maybe. The pickles and lettuce were k but the whole thing looked and felt uninspired. I did not finish it - not worth it. The cashier was brash and seems not to know much about what hospitable means, although working in the hospitality industry. It used to be a "go to" for me, while on Solano. Now it's a "pass'.

First time here, it has a cozy atmosphere. Staff are really nice, service is great. I ordered the Mushroom burger, the patty was perfectly cooked and juicy, that when you bite into the burger the juices come out (good thing its served on a tray). I got the combo, drinks are not refillable. They have soft serve here too.. the fries are good..my daughter loves it here.. place is clean. They have a restroom (for customers only). All in all the experience was great and the price? Worth it.

Rude worker looked like he was the owner. As an 8th grader he was really rude and after asking what our order was he seemed mad at us. Wouldn’t come

My boyfriend took me here today for our 8 year anniversary, and when I say I had their take on an "western burger" their version is called the "Outlaw Burger" blew me away! Best burger in my whole life! My boyfriend had a literally close his eyes after the first bite of his double cheese burger! Had him seeing stars! It's that good! They deserve all my money!
