Friendly staff and lovely seating interior. Food was delicious with good wok fire. The sizzling seafood plate was flavorful and went well with jasmine rice. The red duck curry was delicious with sticky rice. Coconut pad Thai was very satisfying and great portion. I saw lots of take out orders getting delivered every several minutes at dinner time. Glad to find out about this restaurant as it stays open till 10 pm. Easy parking in its own lot. I will come back to try other dishes.

Driving home from a road trip & wanted to eat Thai food. This place had parking & was not too far from the highway. We had tofu green salad rolls, tofu green curry with jasmine rice, Tom yum fried rice without egg, Thai iced tea with coconut milk, & jasmine tea.

Bua Thai Kitchen moved straight to the top of my list of local Thai eateries after my very first visit. Everything we've ordered has been wonderfully fresh and well-flavored. I've taken several family members to the restaurant now, and recently my stepdaughter asked if we could go back, even though we had just been there a couple of weeks ago. Excellent value, and very nice people on staff.

There is a little outdoor seating area a beautiful, flower -filled dining room. The staff is pleasant and helpful.Vegetarian options: The Pra Ram is great. Peanut Sauce over vegetables. Lots of dishes where the choice of protein includes fried or soft tofu, in addition to animal options.Dietary restrictions: A number of the dishes are vegan and clearly marked on the menu. The staff is well informed and can mostly tell you about which dishes can be made vegan. Also - which I really appreciate - when they don't know, they say so and check with the kitchen.

LOVE their padthai and pad seew, and green curry is almost perfect too. Honestly one of the best i had in a while after my new york trip. It's very conveniently located and has great space. Service always has been just okay. (Never had any terrible experience) Could be short staffed some time to time especially lunch time.The only downside about this establishment is that their phone number definitely has issues. There are two different numbers listed on Google and Yelp, but every time i try calling, they don't pick up, and end up having to order via doordash or online which i dislike, because many places charge higher for digital ordering in order to cover the cost of service fees charged by the third party companies like UberEats or DoorDash. Also i want to help small businesses like these by direct ordering. Please fix.Everything else is good. Cute ambiance, good location, good outerior, just the ordering issue.

SOLID THAI RESTAURANT IN ALBANY. Groupon brought us to this restaurant, and boy did it not disappoint. It was pretty darn good that we've been coming back since, so it is well deserving of a review and recommendation to others who may also find their food delicious!AMBIANCE: 5/5. There's parking available at their private lot to the side of this restaurant, there is also a shopping center across the street with more free parking so it should not be an issue. As soon as you walk in, there's a little foyer area then to the right is the main restaurant and you wait to be seated. Interior is a decent size with good amount of seating, very aesthetic and nicely decorated based on its theme. SERVICE: 5/5. The staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and attentive to the customers. Service is also fairly quick and never pressure you into leaving as soon as you're done eating.FOOD: 5/5. Extensive menu covering various appetizers, salads, soups, noodles, coconut curries, entrees, desserts, drinks, etc. which I'm sure are all so good. There are plenty of appetizer options, but I have always loved getting the Roti with Yellow Curry, Fried Tofu, and Fried Calamari. As the main, I have gotten the Pork Back Rib Massaman Curry, Pad Ka-Pow Kai Dow, and Crab Fried Rice. For dessert, we had to get the Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice in a pool of condensed milk that was so beautiful and was also very enjoyable. OVERALL: 5/5. I like this place. So glad that Groupon gave us the push to try Bua Thai, it is now one of our favorite local Thai restaurants. I suggest checking this place out for some phenomenal service and delicious Thai food!

Oh wow, what a treat. We have not had a curry and soup that good since living in Thailand. Maybe not even then. Don't be confused off by the exterior, it's not a private home. It's a very good restaurant.

Came late on a Monday night in November around 8:30 PM. Only one other party in the small dinning room but I can see that they have a brisk takeout business. Kids were super hungry so we ordered pad-see-yew with pork, duck curry and mint leaf chicken. All the dishes were very delicious and came out promptly. Service was attentive but not overly so. Will be back to try other dishes when I'm back in town.
