Fantastic food and lovely service. We've eaten here twice and can't wait to come back.

I deeply appreciate the owners dedication to creating a wonderful experience for their customers. Last time we went to Everest Kitchen, we had a hiccup with our Togo order. After learning about this, the owners and staff were quick to resolve the issue! We're glad we got to give them another go because it was well worth it! My husband and I had the veggie korma, lamb curry, garlic naan, mango lassi, and samosas. The entrees were flavorful, and paired nicely with the garlic naan (of course!). The samosas are MUST try. Wow. They were phenomenal!! I love samosas already, but I find that some places tend to over bread them. These were perfect. These had a nice outer shell that wasn't too thick, so you really get to enjoy the flavors. I could have eaten the whole order to myself, they were that good! The sauces that accompany the samosas are also very tasty. 10/10. Lastly, the Mango Lassi was a great treat. It was the right level of sweetness for my husband and I. Overall, after our experience and interactions with the staff/owners, we will definitely be back and thinks it's worth giving a try for those looking for quality food/service.

Food: (5/10) okay. Momo had a bit more masala (spice) in it, tandoori was okay too, saag paneer and garlic naan was good.Staff: (10/10) too friendly, accommodating, helpful.Ambience: (6/10) clean place, well organized, not so fancy or romantic, limited window view seats, open outdoor setting.Restroom: (5/10) only 1 (unisex) but clean.Bad point: thali unavailable, diaper changing station unavailable, limited restroom, Parking spot is very hard to find. We were there on Friday at 3 pm.Parking : (2/10) Free street parking too busy. Few handicap street parking around the restaurant.

Chicken Tiki Masala was NOT REAL CHICKEN! It was reconstituted chicken block made of a slurry. At $17 this is a crime. We didn’t eat it.I will never return here.

Everest Kitchen should get a Michelin star. The food is that amazing. The flavors are so nuanced. Everything we've had there is spectacular. We usually get the thali because you get several little dishes together. The flavors complement each other so well. The service is wonderful. Such sweet people. There's a great outdoor front dining area.

Everest Kitchen in Albany, California, is a culinary delight for lovers of Nepali cuisine! The momos are perfection – tender, flavorful, and served with a delectable dipping sauce. The chicken sekuwa is a grilled masterpiece, bursting with authentic spices. And let's talk about the chat – an explosion of flavors in every bite. The chefs at Everest Kitchen truly bring the taste of Nepal to the Bay Area. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff complete the experience. If you're craving momos, sekuwa, and chat, this is the place to be!
