The employee we spoke with to decide what to order was very helpful and knew her stuff when it came to the available drinks. It was a lovely and quiet atmosphere which I wish was more widespread

Great place to have a beer/cider/and when the season is in one of the few places I could find that serves meads! Such a welcoming spot and they let you talk their ears off with inquiry! Pups welcomed too… 🏆 you can also bring outside food!

Katie is an absolute delight in the shop is just gorgeous! I get my favorite cider here it's called crazy river cider and it's made by Brett McFarland up in Humboldt county.

Really nice little cider house! Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed my drinks. Very knowledgeable staff. And plus they has the largest fiddle leaf fig I have ever seen in my life.... so that's pretty cool. It truly is Flora and Ferment.

Not sure how I feel about the host. He seemed very pompous. Very little conversation & his body language was a little over the top. Our waiter was awesome. We didn’t catch his name, but super helpful and loved his recommendations. The appetizers were awesome, but the tuna carpaccio wasn’t really a carpaccio. Somewhere in between a tuna steak and tuna carpaccio. The salad could have used a few more pieces of the peach which were divine! Flavors were awesome. Good balance between Asian fusion and American. There was some Spanish influences in the food as well. I had the short ribs & I was not a fan of the black pepper crust was sooo overhwelminh I still tasted it after my dessert. The jerk chicken was seasoned in a balanced manner, but the coconut rice was just too sweet. Wasn’t a fan of the dessert. I would definitely come back though.

We stopped in tonight at 7:55, came all the way from Michigan. The bartender said we missed last call because it was a slow day, even though they're supposed to be open until 9:00. Very disappointed.

With a quiet, cool atmosphere, this is a nice laid back place to grab a delicious local cider. They don’t offer food but you can bring your own. Plenty of great restaurants around to choose from.

Many legends start with a tree. Isaac Newton formulated his gravitational theory under an apple tree. In Norse mythology, an ash tree Yggdrasil contains the entire universe. And now Ferment and Flora. There is a stunning fig leaf tree at the entrance. Under its canopy, an apple cider starts a new legend, where you end up buying more cider to go, because it’s cosmically delicious.

Came here on a Friday afternoon with my dog to finish off the work day. There was free WiFi, great cider and beer selection, and they also sell a few plants and other local items like cute wool coasters. Friendly service and overall great vibe, can't wait to come again!
