This is a nice family-owned shop. The pizza was made with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the dough was crispy and perfectly golden. If you have any special requests with your pizza, they will be happy to accommodate you. They are super friendly if you want a good chat. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Recommended.

Pizza here is amazing. I was out with a friend and were looking for a quick snack. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala pizza as well as a Hawaiian. Both were delicious. Nice crust not too thin nor thick. Definitely freshly made. Costumer service was excellent. Fair price as well. I will be returning or ordering take out.

I may be one of the world’s biggest pizza fans and I am incredibly thrilled to have found the absolute gem that is La Val’s Pizza. The sauce is bursting with flavor. Cheese is of the highest quality. the quality of the pizza is good as a baseline, Personally I will ask for extra sauce everytime, and maybe a little lighter on the cheese - they are very generous with the cheese by default if you like that.

Singh, who bakes the pizza and takes the order, has baked many. This shows up in his consistent pie, seasoned uniquely in a way that my young adult children appreciate. It has a faintly Indian style (he bakes select pies with an Indian theme). I typically go for XL cheese, mushroom, or pepperoni Friday or Saturday. It is quick.
The way he added a light Indian touch to the pie was excellent. It is baked right in a proper commercial pizza oven and has the right aroma. He is not tight with toppings and slices the pie into 16 pieces instead of 8 which helps for large groups and dieters. As an MBA I can tell you in this inflationary economy his prices are better then good. He is chatty, friendly, worldly. The Indian selections look good also. His virtuous approach permeates his business also: our family appreciates Singh and his wife for baking excellent pizza!
I recommend Singh’s pizza at LaVals, Albany, without reservation.

Love La vals! Started going here when our other favorite local pizza spot fell off (ikyk) and can't believe we've been sleeping for so long. Decently priced pies, friendly owner, the Indian specialty pizzas are delicious and unique! What more can you ask for? Will be in our regular rotation 100%
