Very very underwhelming. I got ‘rose milk tea’ and it’s just straight up milk. I would say whatever, but this stuff annoys you when it’s $8 for a beverage.

They may satisfy your thirst for something wet/cold like water, but if you're craving a boba drink, keep walking up Solano or order door dash and have it delivered to their doorstep. There's a surcharge if you add 'creamer' to your milk tea! Why even call it milk tea if it's not included?! The service was average. The atmosphere was average.

Clean spacious place. Fast friendly customer service. My son had the Oolong milk tea and he loved it. I like that they have milk options.
