The croissants here are like supermarket croissants. Edible, but without joy. The coffee is similar—mine had a burnt undertone. The atmosphere is fine, but could be improved with some aesthetic attention. The location is great, and the service too.

I’m not going to say the individual behind the counter was racist…BUT when I walked in to order a coffee he seemed uncomfortable and almost angry..as I approached the counter he didn’t greet me at all, just stood there and waited for me to order. I thought maybe I was being too sensitive. After I ordered and a group of white folks came in, he immediately gave them the “good morning, how are you doing today?” And was visibly more happy about serving them.
My latte was great, breakfast sandwich was bland. Might go back just to confirm this behavior.

were here near closing time. unpleasant and surly man made us two absolutely disgusting drinks (one decaf one not) wgich hoth tasted like watered down burnt sock juice). it would be terrible coffee, even in tegions where coffee us not great. in the bay area....dirty water of kind is unthinkable.

Forth time I ordered matcha mint chip latte and gave me matcha latte. I told the staff I couldn't taste the mint chip and that's when he said they don't have mint chip. Monday staff always messes up the order.

I got a latte, it was average. They are not environmental friendly, to-go cups are plastic also they don’t offer porcelain cups for here orders. Unfortunately, staff is rude too. My friend asked for the Wifi password and they told her she needs to order first. It turned out to be that the password was on the wall.

Menu and selection is top notch but I would say execution is very very mediocre for both food and drinks. Feels like quantity over quality which makes me sad to say cuz it’s a nice place.
