Easily the worst tacobell I've ever been to. Staff is horribly rude, bathrooms are covered in piss and dirty with no toilet paper. Even better the locks don't even work for the bathrooms. Workers are so painfully slow that food takes forever! Workers glare at you whilst waiting for your food, and if you attempt to speak to one they will say "your food almost done" and walk away. Food was bad for tacobell standards. I would never go here again even if I was starving to death. Tacobell please audit this horrific abomination of a site.

Very unprofessional, miserable, and rude employees who should be fired. 1 star is too generous for this establishment. They messed up my friend and I's drive-through order the 1st time and we received a bag full of items we didn't order, yet still got charged for. I wasn't too upset bc I understand mistakes happen, but when we came back with the receipt and the bag of (untouched) food to correct our order and get a refund, one of the employees became defensive and argued that the receipt was incorrect and wasn't mine (what? Lol) and that I was the one who placed my own order incorrectly. Eventually we got the right items, but at the cost of quality. There was little-no meat in our food and each item was cold and chewy. We never received a refund for the food we didn't order either. If you want to satisfy a late night junk food craving, don't sour your mood and waste your money by coming here and just go to literally any other taco bell location or elsewhere. Bad food and bad service

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. First of all, the employees are just rude, rude, and rude. Absolutely horrible customer service. Me and my friends went here in hope of finding some good meal after a tiresome day only to find ourselves dealing with employees who look like they don’t even want to work there. They got both of our orders wrong, and when we went back, the employees acted like they don’t understand what went wrong. It is a horrible experience that left a sour taste on our experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

The drive through lady that’s works around 12:30 has gotten my food wrong for like a week straight and tried to over charge me for something she never gave me she never hears the order correctly to the point we have to sit there and really check our food and see if we have everything for example we asked for a Pepsi and some how got a starry
Ever since this Taco Bell when through their latest renovation and went digital, the dining and the mobile experience suffered greatly, Service is on the other end of great. The only thing still working is the drive-through.

Taco Bell here has done some renovation and has hired better people. Ignore all the low star reviews, this Taco Bell has clearly gotten better as of 6/26/24 and the interior is now modern and clean
Vegetarian options: Great delicious options. I'm not even vegetarian, and I will still get a spicy potato taco or a cheesy been and rice burrito
Dietary restrictions: They offer clear labeling of sodium content and calorie count. There are clear options for people on a diet. And it's all delicious
Parking: Not too many spots, but there is usually a spot or 2 empty
Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right in. No stairs

Im on a long road trip and i wanted to stop and get some taco bell but i needed to use the restroom first and i went to the restroom and they had no toilet paper and no hand soap.so i did my business and got out and proceeded to the restroom next to it but on the door it says “occupied” so i waited patiently for whoever to come out so i can wash my handsand i waited for a good 10 minutes and the gentleman with the beard was sitting there chewing on his finger nails handling the food and orders.and that same gentleman goes in that restroom to put a new roll of toilet paper in it and he had a smart remark walking out telling me their toilet paper and he said the bathroom im waiting on is closed after he seen me waiting forever for someone to come out.And i told him “ Really!!? and you stared at me for 10 minutes making me look like a jackass??”and i stormed out and luckily the restaurant next door had hand soap. What an awful experience and im glad i did not order food from here.

With one of the east bay's best taco trucks just down the street, there is absolutely no reason to come here. Before I knew about Tacos El Autlense, I would sometimes drive through for an overpriced, disgusting burrito late at night. But knowing that truly great tacos and burritos are one block away from 11 am to midnight, I will never go to taco hell again!
