It appears this location decided they don't have to follow the hours. I attempted to order via DoorDash, but according to the Dashers, the store was closed when they arrived, and then employees arrived and told them to wait for a half hour, so the Dasher left the order (I do not blame them), and a new Dasher took over the order, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, they canceled the order completely. I attempted to call the store, but it said there was no one available to pick up the phone.

We ordered at the drive thru. Asked for no cheese, it was all cheese. We asked for no lettuce, and there was a ton of lettuce. It was not made to order, and we couldn't eat our food. It was atleast hot so thats a positive.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with the restrooms at this location. After making a purchase, I went to use the customer restroom, but it was very unclean—someone had used it and didn’t flush, and it clearly hadn’t been checked or cleaned in a while. I asked for access to the other restroom (which appeared to be locked), but was told by a staff member that it wasn’t available, it’s reserved for the manager. This was frustrating, especially since both restrooms are supposed to be for customers. Being denied access to a clean facility after making a purchase was really disappointing and not what I expected from a place that serves food.

The workers here are raci ordered a fourteen order I ask for the bathroom code that is like 7 digits long. And she gave me a Extreme attitude for no reason Usually before they would give me napkins as well with the meal.And this time I had to go back in to ask for napkins.And she got an attitude about that too

The staff is SOOOO rude!! I ordered beef chalupas at the drive thru and 3 sides of nacho cheese. They gave me chicken instead of beef even though they charged me extra for making them beef and did not give me the cheese I paid $3 for: I have to circle back and go in with my bag and receipt for the Manager to tell me I can “deal with chicken and there is nothing wrong with eating chicken” and then told me I was lying about not getting the nacho cheese I paid for. I could understand things happen and mistakes get made but to tell me I’m lying and try to haggle with me is where I draw the line. I don’t care if it’s $3 or $300 if I pay for something I expect to receive it.
