I frequently go to this Taco Bell on San Pablo Avenue in Albany, California. Tonight was not a good service, due to numerous problems. 1) A large RAT(s) was seen coming out of the back door.and was seen on the property, near the garbage containers . 2) They had no assistance for walk-ins due to construction. 3) They did not offer pedestrians the same or drive-in prices, i.e. the prices were more than 25% as being advertised on their drive-in billboard. 4) Service was much slower than cars driving up, after walkins were patiently wading. 5) There was no “thank you” for being waited on and having to wait. 6) I lost all taste for the burritos after all of these problems and overcharges! Thank you for looking into these numerous problems!Parking: Under constructionWheelchair accessibility: No wheel chair accessibility

Time should be changed if you close before 1am, real inconvenience too look up something online and get there and it's closed to order only open for Door Dash or Uber eats.

The reviews say it all. The fat dreaded unenthusiastic slob mumbling black kid literally threw my change at me. Then makes me reach so far back into the drive thru window for my food. Then the food was in poor quality. Dont bother remodelling, youll soon run out of customers and have to close. They should open a jimboys next door to them and watch their business crumble. Despicable business to el cerrito. Disgusting.

I’m 56 years old and have eaten at many different Taco Bell locations. This is the closest Taco Bell to our home but the poor quality and consistency makes it the absolute worst Taco Bell I have been to.

I don't go to Taco Bell too often but when I do this is the one I like to go to. It normally doesn't go cheap on the ingredients. Tonight it was the worst that I've had. I got a nacho Bell grande and a beefy five layer burrito and a bean burrito. Let's just say it was all chips and tortilla. I will go back because it has been good in the past but It gives me second thoughts on going back again.
