We went there to see the UFC fight. So happy that we made reservations for a table because it was very packed and people had to stand for hours. They had the fight on projection screens and some TVs so we had great views wherever we looked. I recommend the buffalo hot cauliflower and the veggie burger, and the Señorita drink.

Tierny's is a fun place to have a pint before or after your bowling game, or if you're waiting for a bus on San Pablo Avenue. Every time I have been to Tierney's I have had a friendly bartender, a good cold beer, and reasonable tab. What more can an East Bay guy or gal want? Tierney's is solid.

Love this spot! Doesn't try to be anything it isn't'. Bowling alley sports bar w/ plenty of darts, TVs, and a massive projector. You won't find me complaining about $10 pitchers of PBR!

The sign says it's a sports bar so I thought I'd drop in to watch the Monday night football game. What did I find? Seating is not comfortable, it's all on stools. No bargains on the drinks. The TV screens are small and the screen at the bar is of very poor quality. But the thing that made me leave after one quarter was the noise. The juke box was so loud that the noise completely drowned out the sound of the game, in fact so loud that it was painful. I wouldn't have stayed for the rest of the game even if the beer was free and someone paid me. So I saved you a wasted trip to this non-sports bar and saved your hearing, and now you should tell me where to find a real sports bar in the East Bay. Okay, please tell me where there is a real sports bar in the East Bay.
