I ordered the tiger boba latte. The boba was hard and chewy. I know that they don’t specialize in boba drink but it tastes like it was made in a gas station in Texas.

I really like the pastries at this shop. I dont know why the cashier today so mean to me？？？I didn't ask her to do anything for me, just checkout but she seemed unable to tolerate anything. She treated my previous customer the same way. So I think this is a common situation, so why not change jobs?

Very disappointing experience. There was a fly inside one of the pre-packed breads, which I brought to an associate’s attention. The only response I received was “okay,” with no apology or attempt to address the issue. On top of that, there was barely any bread selection left, even though it was still two hours before closing. Overall, not the level of service or care I expected. Left without buying anything.

This place is no service, every time I come to this place long way in line, never have cashier, employees walk around and ignore also employees are very rude, pretty so people will take they business els where. I feel sorry for the owner.

Their varieties of breads and cakes are fewer comparing to the other 85degree bakeries, I don’t mind driving further for more choices. But if I’m craving a slice of Black Forest cake, then I’ll come here, since they will always have the classics/basics here.

Fantastic pastries.

2 soap dispensers none work. Told 2 staffs. Too busy making drinks to refill soaps while I was there...
They assured me that they have their own tiny sinks to wash their staff hands. I was offered to wash there as well.
I love this place when I need to buy to take special treats somewhere but not having a priority for cleanliness is very off putting 😐
