Workers are nice. Great flavors. Went in the weekend and line was pretty long. Limited tables

It was cool. Cute lil shop, the Thai tea was great, perfectly and not overly sweet Thai tea ice cream. My son enjoyed the ube and brownies, I love chocolate but didn't care fir the brownies inside the ice cream. Also got the strawberries and cookies, I would have preferred it without the cookies and so did my son. Good experience, staff was super nice.

Was served by some blonde girl with terrible attitude. She shouted at me because she couldn’t hear my order over the crowd that was building up in there. She proceeded to mix my ice cream with ice cream she served for another guest. Just quit if you hate your

I've been coming here for quite awhile and their customer service has plummeted. I love their ice cream and all but the service has me thinking twice about coming back. Was served by a blonde girl with horrible attitude, who seemed upset when she couldn't hear me when taking my order. It was around 10 at night and quite busy so it was pretty loud in there. She shouted "I can't tell what you're pointing at use your words" with a look of disgust on her face, which is an insulting way to speak to a customer. Just quit if you hate your job that bad..

Afters used to be a household name maybe half a decade ago. People would drive miles to get the classic milky bun and take photos at the aesthetic stores or to try their new brand collabs. Now, it's just a regular ice cream shop with mediocre flavors and bad service. I came at a Saturday night and there was only one worker. Then another worker came and actually completely skipped over me. That was super annoying but maybe they didn't see us. The brand has completely fell off and wasn't as good as it used to be. They need to keep it exciting and introduce new flavors to keep up with their image. The ice cream was semi melted and the scoops were cross contaminated with other flavors (my friends milk and cereal had mint ice cream in it from the previous order)

I always like the white interior with black trimming. Makes the place look clean! They offer samples which is great! It's important to choose a flavor to your liking especially when it's pricey. That ube brownie was delicious! Omg I fell in love but I am an ube fan so maybe I'm biased. The brownie bits in it added depth and just a nice kick. I even bought a little pint size to take home. I hope they keep this flavor all season long!

:: Dessert :: Can't go wrong with Jasmine Milk Tea, so good. :: Service :: Service is usually good. :: Parking :: There's street parking or a parking garage nearby.

Honey, we shrunk the ice cream. $5.95 for 1 scoop + $0.75 to split the scoop + $1.00 waffle cone + $1.00 tip = $8.70 All for the smallest scoop of ice cream known to man. It barely filled the cone. It ends up being more expensive than salt & straw (elite ice cream imo) because they only give half the portion as they do. I gave 3 stars because the ice cream was actually pretty good. I got the Cookie Monster and the cookie butter flavors. Not really worth the price tag!

There were many different flavors to choose from. Many were funky flavors. I've definitely had better tasting ice cream. This is a no go.

Ice cream is delicious but costly Area is nice and clean. Not much sitting area. They have grubhub pick up just in case.

The flavors are good! But... why are the cups so freaking small? $5.95 for a single scoop in a paper cup where 1/3 of the height of the cup makes up the base. Did they recently change the cups (ie shrinkflation)?..

Small shop, really just in and out. No tables inside, maybe 2 tables outside. They have great and more unique flavor selections. Canned and bottled drinks available if you’re in need of them.Beware of other customers who take forever to sample every flavor lol. They have store merchandise available, but no customer bathroom.
