I had the breakfast plate with fried chicken. The breakfast plate comes with 2 eggs and choice of sauce (either sweet sauce or teriyaki sauce). There's a lot of food with just this dish. The chicken is covered in batter and you can choose how you want your eggs cooked. The chicken was good and the entire dish was decent. When you park and you're entering the restaurant there's a sign that says 'macadamia pancakes' so I definitely added the short stack (2 pancakes) to my meal. I had a few bites of the pancakes so I can enjoy the fluffiness and taste of the dish. The pancakes were huge and topped with cream and macadamia crumbles. Really tasty. Of course, I wasn't going to finish this during my visit and I took it home. After eating the chicken the following day I decided it was very oily because of the batter and the way it was cooked. The pancakes were still okay. I'm a little saddened because I really thought I would be wow'd by this place, but I wasn't. It wasn't bad or anything I just higher hopes. I would still come back and try the other items on the menu.

I like this place. Usually come here about once a week. The macadamia pancakes are very good and the Kalua pig is tasty too. The service has always been fast and friendly. The dining room is kinda small but they do have outdoor seating. I take my food to go. I give this place a thumbs up!

Love this place, and our visit today was even better because they opened up the view of the kitchen.

Aloha!! I couldn't get enough of Hawaiian food even though we just got back last night from O'ahu/Kona island. Since reading Ada's and few other yelp reviews, I just had to give this place a try across town and it did not disappoint!! Well, it sure beat the luau food we had!! This place is the next best place to eat hawaiian food, if you can't make it out there. Service was great and food was delicious!! The ambiance was like an old Taco Bell turned Hawaiian. Lol. I love it. It has the Hawaiian vibe in the country side!! They just need some chickens running around. Lol. I ordered the double stack of the macadamia nut pancakes for taste and the raves; and I also got the breakfast plate with two eggs over easy with teriyaki chicken and kahlua pork. And then got a dish with noodles and cha shu for my folks, and I also got the Hawaiian Suns and the Hawaiian shaved ice for my dessert!! It was delicious!! The pancakes were fluffy with macadamia nuts on top. I forgot to take a pic of that!! I'll be back to try others for sure!! But attached are my pics!! Way to go Aloha Food Factory; happy that you're here!! MAHALO!!

Once again...I have to say this place is amazing. Met a friend here for lunch today. He got the wonton soup (pictured) and I got burger patties and eggs (not pictured). I've had the soup before and it's amazing. Haven't been let down yet here. It's a go to any time I'm in the area. Service is quick and always nice to be greeted with an "Aloha!"

My wife and I have been driving past the Aloha Food Factory for years without ever once stopping. We finally decided to give it a try. Shame on us for waiting this long to try what has become one of our favorite restaurants. We've never experienced Hawaiian cuisine before and it's wonderful. The Char Shu has become a favorite and the Macadamia Nut Pancakes are a must. Even the coffee is exceptional and, surprisingly, perhaps the best hamburgers I've ever had. We've found the staff friendly and helpful. Over the past few weeks, we have brought four of our friends to this restaurant. They were all delighted and all have made it a point to come back again...as well they should. Writing this review has made me hungry. I think my wife and I will head over to Aloha Food Factory now.

What is the point of having the restaurant open when you only have half a menu and turn customers away don't bother going in to aloha if you want a burger or soup they do not serve those items and turn you away horrible service. Since betty the original owner retired this place quality and service is not up to betty original standards and they should change the name cause they are not doing her justice or her original customers that she took care of

First time and LAST time customer. Was very excited to try their well known macadamia pancakes, so excitedly dug in. The "special cream sauce" was thick and raw tasting. So I didn't even think twice to just get a new order without the awful stuff. They wanted to just take off the top pancake and throw it back on the other two cold pancakes. They claimed I ate the equivalent of one entire pancake and they didn't want to "lose money (one pancake = maybe .50)" I asked for the manager and they begrudgingly served me a new stack. But they gave me two tiny containers of macadamia nuts instead sprinkling them generously on top like the original stack. They also originally agreed to refill my iced tea, but when I went up for a refill they said they already ran out. It was only 11:00 am. I should have read the reviews before I decided to try, since many others have experienced the same type of poor service. I expect to get what I pay for and they seem overly concerned and knit picky about "saving money" rather than making the customer happy. Most restaurants apologize and happily whip up a replacement item, but NOT here.

Macadamia Nut Pancakes with special cream ... our first time and didn't like the taste of the thick cream it tasted like raw batter. Asked to replace just the top as we had taken two slices to try. But then asked if we could just get a whole new order, was told that would cost them $. Actually shocking as we weren't asking for our money back.

Came in for 2 small chicken bowls to go, pretty basic stuff. They took about 30 min to get us the food, and while I was driving off, I checked the bag, and there were no forks and not enough teriyaki sauce, so I paid the extra for it no problem. The parking lot and restaurant itself would benefit from adequate lighting and a better and quicker service.I also want to mention both me and my friend who are here had an allergic reaction to something after eating it, but I can't say 100% from where or why.
