Terrible service, the lady that took my order must have been very confused because I asked for a campechana and I got mixed ceviche tostadas. When I told her that that wasn't what I order she clearly said that those were campechanas. Didn't want to make a big deal. Definitely not happy

I pulled up to the drive through ordered two fish tacos 🌮 opened the bag and there were two small pieces of fish with no tortilla? And the fish was cold. Horrible experience I was to tired to go back. Ordered #4087

Bad service, I ask for an order half an hour before because I'm at work and they only give half an hour to eat and then I arrive and they tell me I have to wait 15 more minutes. I ordered at 6:30 in the afternoon and I arrive at 7:12 at night and they tell me I have to wait 15 more minutes. Very bad service

Frustrated to get home and find that my shrimp burrito, which I specifically ordered without pico de gallo, is full of it. Thanks for ruining my dinner. I won’t give you a 1 star review since the misses enjoyed her fish tacos.

This review is for my visit on December 10, 2024. Ordered for pick up. They gave me disgusting, used condiments to go with my fries, and for that reason I will never return again. It’s unfortunate because the food was always good but you have to wonder why there was opened, used ketchup in my bag. I think they collect condiments left over from people’s trash and they re-distribute them. Very nasty. Can’t trust their hygiene practices after that.

I ordered a meat burrito and shrimp tacos. First, the server was rude as if she was rushing me. Then when I pulled up to the window I was waiting in my car for TEN minutes until I got my food. Smelled good but when I opened up the packaging I was greeted to a greasy sloppy burrito and I mean GREASY! The tortilla was dripping a big puddle of oil that kept slipping down my hands. I couldn’t even finish because it felt like I was sipping spoonfuls of grease. Yuck!

AND I didn’t even get shrimp tacos, it was fish, they got my order wrong! I was so disappointed especially since it was my first time coming here and I had to pay more for shrimp tacos that I never got.

Won’t come again, do not recommend.

The drive thru wait is pretty crazy. 3 cars takes 30 minutes sometimes. But that's fie to food delivery orders being picked up nonstop in store.
