The bread was way too hard and crusty. The star of banh mi for me is pâté and this one needed so much more of it. We got a thai tea and it was too sweet to taste the tea flavor.

No frills, just perfect bread and fillings. The baguette crackles, the pickled veggies are crisp, and the grilled pork is marinated with a little sweetness. I always add a pandan waffle to go—still warm, slightly chewy. Parking in the small lot can be hectic, but turnover is quick. It’s a reliable lunch that never disappoints

I like #8

No-frills shop turning out excellent banh mi. The baguette is crisp and airy, and they don’t skimp on herbs. I usually grab a #8 and an iced coffee for under ten bucks. There’s a little wait at lunch but it moves fast. Perfect grab-and-go option

These banh mi are a steal and pack a lot of flavor. The bread cracks just right when you bite. I like adding extra jalapeños for heat. Lines move fast and cash is helpful but cards are accepted now. Perfect picnic food for a local park

Classic SGV bánh mì shop with crisp baguettes and generous fillings. The #2 combo is a perfect balance of meats and pickled veggies. I always grab a Vietnamese iced coffee to go. Prices are still very reasonable. Street parking usually available nearby.

Overpriced and no customer service. Sandwiches are tiny. Go to Bale French Sandwiches down the street.

This spot is a hidden gem for Vietnamese sandwiches. The BBQ pork sandwich is a must-try, bursting with flavor. Every item on the menu is authentic and delicious, making it my go-to spot. I recommend starting with the BBQ pork and exploring the rest. The quality is consistently excellent, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. I always call ahead for a quick pick up. Parking lot gets crowded but never had an issue.

Best banh mi we've had in a long time! Several items for only $7 and it's a good size. Only took a few minutes to get it. It's essentially a deli where you pick up and go. There's only tiny table outside for 2 people.

We loved our BBQ meatball and grilled pork banh mi. Will have to make the drive back down here again to try more.

It's a counter. You order and wait. Get the bahn mi. Skip everything else.

Please note this place is cash only. There may be a short line around lunch time. Additionally there is no dining option. It is still very worth the visit.
