Súper bad costumer service, didn’t had a name batch but he was wearing glasses. My self and my kids were ordering and we got really upset out of nowhere and started telling to me and my kids ! This is just really disappointing we just wanted some ice cream ? this guys should be fired. Baskin-Robbin’s please do better on who you hired. I’m pretty sure this is not the only time he has done this. !!!!!! Not recommend coming here at all.

I purchased two quarts of ice cream and was charged $17.00. Just one month prior, the cost was $13.00. Hello Baskin Robbins? Do you cater to only the rich now? I am going back to the supermarket to purchase ice cream at a more economical price.

For the price, portions are terribly small. Im used to friendly staff, but on this day two of the female employees were not friendly at all and seemed to not have any etiquette in customer service.

Tired an order a head said they weren’t taking any orders anymore 20 min before closing i said that’s fine I’ll be there in 5 min he said “good luck” as soon as i was walking in the parking lot they lock the front door 15 min before closing.

Baskin-Robbins has been around for years and most of the them are the same. The service varies from place to place though. The service here is quite nice. They are a tad slow and don't tend to answer the phone, but they do get busy. The server that made our order was very sweet. We usually get a scoop in a cup, but this time my grandson wanted his ice cream in a cup they make that has a chocolate covered (with sprinkles) cone inside of it. He loved it. It was fresh and very tasty. All of their flavors are good and you will find something you like. You can also buy pints there of your favorite flavor and they have ready to buy cakes or you can order one to be made. Have a great time

Poor customer service. I ordered two medium drinks and they were clearly short. I told the guy and instead of acknowledging his error, he throws his hands up in the air and walks away. He then decides to charge me tax. When I asked about the tax charge, (I've worked at a BR, I know how this works), all he could say it was under new ownership, within the last week. I was here within the last week and there was no tax charge, I've actually never been charged tax. Clear to say it was a petty move and uncalled for. This particular individual working the counter on 3/1 at about 3:45pm definitely made it an unpleasant visit.
