I ordered food online and I waited 15 minutes before going to pick up my food and when I got there it still wasn’t ready even though the restaurant was completely empty in the driveway and inside was also closed and after I got there I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes while the drive through cashier decided she was ready to attend me and stop talking to others but what really bothered me was they still got my order wrong and put ketchup on the burger

I ordered fries extra crispy, and I got exactly what I ordered! Lucia was friendly and professional, such a pro. My meal deal for 2 is perfect anytime, but really needed today! I haven't ordered BK in a while, I am glad I did tonight! Thank you, ladies!
I made sure to have the cashier Repeat NO LETTUCE for each item I ordered.
When I received the food complete with LETTUCE I asked her to fix it.
She denied everything SO I TOSSED OVER $10 INTO THE TRASH.

I order some food from Burger King app and arrived at 11:20 pm for pick up(closing time is 12) but the employee said the restaurant was closed and I cannot pick up anything… and they cannot help me to get the refund…

this Burger King they do have the worse service inside and in the drive through too and they are not friendly at all.
Just went through the drive thru I clearly said I wanted an 8pc mozzarella stick they repeated my order then charged me for a 4pc whoever the girl is at the drive thru with orange brunette hair cannot take orders properly. This isn't the first time with her either there's been times where she forgets items then give me attitude and acts like it's my fault for not receiving my items.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant. After evacuating my families from Pasadena from the Eaton fires and countless of our friends, losing their home I rushed 20 to make it here before they closed to bring back something Comfortable that would bring a little levity to a horrible situation. Made it with 15 to spare. The location does not close until 12 and I arrived at 11:45 only to find the drive through being blocked by a semi truck. I knocked on every door and window. I could find even being seen by the workers, but ignored only until I went to the drive-through window and banged as loud as I could did one worker who made eye contact with me finally come, speak with me only to let me know that The meat away early So that they could be done quicker. This young man had glasses and dark hair. I do not know his name. This was the most disrespected I’ve ever felt at a fast food restaurant, and I am extremely courteous at every restaurant I’ve ever visited the fact that you would deny someone who was Pushed from their home because you wanted to go home just a few minutes early is disgusting and you And the Burger King corporation should be ashamed of yourselves.

Unfortunately not all food that it's provided in BK are as they look on the menu picture. For example the crispy wraps are not worth the price they cost, because they just come with very little lettuce and very small portion of chicken. Some workers have very bad attitude when they're asked to heat up a bit something that it's not well heat up.
