The store is now under new management and the name has changed. The crew are quite nice but it took over half an hour to have my drinks served while there was only three people in the store. I chose the number one mango drink and it taste sucks, no much fruit slices and the whole drink tastes pretty normal. Besides that, coconut milk coffee is way much better.

This place have a really good Souffle pancakes. I tried the Creme Brulee Souffle a long with an Uji Matcha coffee late and a Rose Machiatto. It's nice the parking is in the back of the building.

Parking: Parking is in the back of the building.

Adorable Corgi theme cafe with friendly staff. They do not allow dogs which is a bummer. Neat place to study and are known for soufflé pancakes. The matcha one is my recommendation.

Went to there so excited to get pancakes I was selecting everything and the cashier watched me order and after I paid thats when the cashier told me I couldn’t order before 1pm. Which is fine but I just wanted to cancel my whole order which was a drink and the pancakes but they only refunded me for the pancakes. They couldn’t figure out how to open the register. The cashier just ended up giving me cash which I think was her own money. I’m just very disappointed with the whole experience.

My daughter and I were craving pancakes for dinner, so I got on Google and asked for fluffy pancakes,Cafe Der came up. We love the whole cute corgi fun image! The staff members were so polite and helpful, going over the drinks with me. I asked for the original souffle pancakes with no powder sugar, I told them my daughter had autism and she is very selective with certain toppings, they were understanding and served the souffle pancakes plain with a side of honey. One of the young ladies brought me a side of brulee syrup so i can try it . My daughter ate one and she loved it, and I had one with the brulee it was smooth and sweet! My daughter also got a plain homemade yogurt. I ordered a Messy Organic Milk. It was so delicious and refreshing! I definitely loved this place and will be coming back!

The strawberry souffle was tasty. BUT the service / flow was horrible. Some patrons were allowed to order at the register while others were told to order at the kiosk. A promotion was posted but the kiosk system did not allow you to order the promotion. The kiosk does not accept cash and the staff was not organized to receive cash in an orderly, timely manner, which resulted in skipping over my friend’s order. Promotional item did not match menu item name but was the same as a menu item.A lot of people came in from an event where a promotion was offered for the cafe, but the kiosk did not allow for that promotion either. As patrons were wearing wrist bands and bringing in corgis from the event, I would think the staff would be upfront and take those patrons at the register, instead of having the patrons pay at the kiosk and then tell them that they can no longer offer/accept the promotion from the event.Cute place but not sure I’ll come back any time soon.

Such a cute little cafe spot! Lots of people study here. They have drinks, desserts, and Corgi merchandise! The soufflé pancakes reminds me of the “cloud” bread that went viral a while ago. Staffs were all so nice. Because we did not order drinks, they asked if we wanted water and gave us a cup. Park in the back! There’s underground too! Tip: call in to check if they have available seats before going.

It's a corgi cafe. Not only is the decor adorable, but if you're lucky, some corgis will show up and your experience will improve a jillion percent. And the drinks are pretty good, too! My partners like the tea and I found the coffee latte to be quite tasty.Haven't tried the souflee pancakes but they look delicious.Bottom line, corgis.

The soufflé pancake was kind of chewy and the hot coffee we ordered to go was only half full and incredibly sugary

Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first. So here I am at Café D.er – The FIRST dessert shop making Souffle in the LA region. With their tasty drinks and super soft souffle, you could also immerse yourself in an environment full of corgis: corgi mugs, corgi plates, corgi decorations, corgi merchandise and most importantly, real corgis! Café D. er is located n Alhambra off the 10 fwy situated in a small business plaza. I arrived on a late Friday afternoon to taste their soufflé pancakes and drinks. This was my first visit and was expecting similar to Motto café. I was ebulliently greeted by a young female staff. It’s hard not to notice the cute corgi dog decor upon entering the shop. Interior design and layout was cute with plenty of natural light albeit lack space. However, they have out door patio with limited tables.I perused their pancakes and drinks and they’re all very interesting and delicious looking items. I ordered the creme brûlée soufflé pancake and lychee mojito. The creme brûlée pancakes was very jiggly, soft, puffy, sweet and tasty. It’s definitely much softer than other soufflé pancakes that I have tasted in SGV. The lychee mojito was bubbly. Service was mildly fast for the drink (5 mins) and pancakes (20 mins avg time). Staff werecordial, amiable, assiduous and followed health protocol. Price for the soufflé pancakes were very competitive and slightly below other establishments. Parking lot is small. Free Wifi. Corgi merch can be purchased from within. In this captivating review, it’s time to make a conclusion. Overall, I enjoyed the service and their delicious jiggly soufflé pancakes more than the drink. Therefore, I highly recommend this dessert shop.

This is a hidden spot where I passed by so many times on my way to work and always wanted to swing. I made it a point to check it out since this place is so cute and decorated full of corgis dogs. The drink menu is unique and offered a variety of coffee mixes and also refreshing drinks during the summer. I ordered the Machiato and the summer breeze. Both were total winners in their own right! Swing by and check them out! It will be worth it.

Came here during a corgi event and it was so cute! They have corgi-themed stickers/backpacks/etc. I'm not really ever happy with the drinks. They're super cute and Instagram worthy but the taste is never quite right. Some of the milk teas just taste like milk and other types have a super strong jasmine base I can't get through. The real treat here is the soufflé pancakes. Creme Brulee is the best flavor hands down. It takes some time to cook, but that's expected for the soufflé pancakes. They're super light and fluffy, but also really rich in flavor. If anyone isn't familiar with this kind of pancake, it's a little softer than scrambled eggs but still has a sweet flavor.
