They threw away my food, after I was a little late picking it up. Charged me and threw away my food!!! Asked for a replacement or refund and gave me the runaround. Worst customer service, I've experienced in the last 10 years.

There's a self order kiosk, or you can talk to the worker to order. The chicken sandwich is flavorful, meat is juicy, and such a massive portion. Prices were not crazy either and pretty inexpensive. Fries were a little oversalted and not evenly seasoned but not bad.Parking: There is a decently big row of parking spots behind the building, but it can get busy as the day goes on.

It's a version of the hot fried chicken sandwich. They cook to order, so it takes a while to get your food. There's a kiosk by the entry to place your order. It's fairly easy to do, except I didn't realize it required a signature on that kiosk screen if you use a credit card. That part was a bit confusing.The sandwich itself was decent. I picked the medium spicy (you can choose), and it was the right level. The crust was crispy, and the chicken was tender although a bit "springy." It was flavorful--the marinade was a good balance of savory and sweet. Another customer asked why the chicken pieces he got appeared to be all dug out. Apparently, they check for doneness with larger pieces but digging out the middle. Good for food safety but a bit weird looking, I guess.

The service takes so long, it's only one customer with 3 orders of items take at least 30 minutes...it happens at least a couple time to me..the food is good though...

Ordered delivery so I cant review their service Got curly fries and the spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious! It was massive, flavorful, juicy, and tasty. Watch out because it does pack a punch and it is spicy like it says it is. It's spicy for me and I like spicy. I got the special sauce for an extra 60 cents and it was pretty good, nothing amazing. Will be returning!

First time trying chicken bun bun..I actually like the sauce they put on the chicken sandwich the taste the spicyness the breading on the chicken the texture of the bread was great curly fries on point...yes I will return.
The crispy chicken burger is amazing here. Every bite is steaming hot and the house sauce is tasty. That also means you will be very very thirsty. Also, Watch out for the long wait time because they make it from scratch. It took 15-20 mins for two burgers and we were the only ones there.

Walked in here on a Friday afternoon, just in search of a quick bite. I didn't know what to expect as I've mostly eaten spicy chicken sandwiches from Popeye's which I enjoy. Ordered #1 Chicken sandwich, dark meat, fries, and a coke. Ranch was $0.50 extra but totally worth it. The bread on the sandwich was like a Hawaiian bread, very fluffy. Chicken was cooked to perfection and came out steaming. Everything about the sandwich was made very well and perfectly balanced.

We did a Howling Ray contest at home and overall we like the flavor and the juicy chicken at the Buns better at Howling. It can get spicy but it is so good that I can't stop myself. Order spicy at your risk.Service is great-That is the reason I finally posted. I was really really happy to get my exact order after the online ordering messed it up. He really did me in a favor! I appreciate it.The place is clean and usually have seatings. You can also order from a kiosk so that helps out with the queue.

Has anyone complained about the wait time? We only order one sandwich and waited over 25 mins! Or was there a sign that stated the wait time that I'd missed? Also, the staff at the register was not happy with her job, obviously inexperienced, with no "welcome" no "thank you" and not one bit of smile on her face along with that "don't come again" kind of vibe.We are much happier to buy from BigT or BBQ Chicken. Tasty fried chicken and good customer service.
