Hello I got myself and online order through Uber eats the driver was fast but boy was my food still very cold.I got 2 bowls and a side of cheso blanco the total came out to $50 five dollar tip included. Please make your old one orders later don’t make them right away our food that we pay a lot of money for is going to get cold and it’s bad customer service for the food. Do better you guys are an expensive place for food so live up to the expectations. One of my bowls was as well open and not closed properly . Never coming here again . ??????

Went to get a bowl... There was wilted lettuce in the container. The server put the bad lettuce on my bowl, I asked for fresh lettuce. She proceeded to get fresh lettuce out of the fridge, then dumped all the bad lettuce on top of the good lettuce, then poured more on my bowl!!! Clearly this is a problem, and the server didn't give a damn. Chipotle should screen their employees better and adhere to better quality control.

Ordered a large queso and it came with almost 2 inches of plastic mixed into the cheese. I can tolerate the skimpy portions this location often dishes out but inedible foreign matter that could potentially cause you to choke is just awful.

I went in 30 mins to closing, i completely understand but they could've refused service. I planned on tipping to show i was appreciative that they still took my order. But no. The young girl who was working there was rude as soon as i said hello, i came in very polite and wanted to make it quick so we could all go home as i was also coming from work. I was embarrassed for her and then another lady came in and quickly handed me my food and ushered me to leave. Really rude lol this is why i don't go to chipotle

I was craving chipotle and luckily this spot was nearby.I ordered a salad bowl with extra vegetables. Chicken and beef half/half with guacamole along with chips/queso. Solid lunch and it was delicious.I’d definitely come back here again for other menu items.

I like this spot. Food is fresh and it doesn't take long for them to get thru their line. Every employee was efficiently working while I was here and I'd definitely go back when I'm in the area again. Being a friendly staff goes a long way too. These people are Killin it right here ?Parking: Parking is a breeze. Shares a big lot with the grocery store near by so it's all easy ?
This is what $14 gets you at Chipotle. Don't get me wrong, I always get the same thing but I have no clue what happened today. I didn't even eat this I just threw it away. Disgusting glop of food served almost cold. No wonder food trucks are making a killing. At least they serve your food looking like food.

3 starsWasn't sure what I wanted for dinner this evening, so I decided on a chicken burrito from Chipotle since I haven't eaten here in a while. I wasn't disappointed! The rice was fresh and the chicken was pretty lean. I added on all my toppings and the burrito became good enough for 2 meals! Total came out to be $10.03.I think the only thing I'd change would be the amount of liquid from the black beans. My burrito was way too soggy. Still, I think I'd still come back if I'm in a pinch.

Not family friendly. Yesterday my toddler fell through the back of the chair. It's not just the patio chairs that are unsafe but the plethora of high stools throughout the dining room. There is not a single booth to be found at this location. No matter where my 2 year old sat, they were likely to fall. The seating is inhospitable and unsafe for children.This is only 1 complaint I have about this location. A few weeks back we went at 7:45pm and they were cleaning the drink station where we couldn't get any of the flavored lemonades.. When asked we were told those drinks would no longer be available that day. Even though the location closes at 10. The patio tables were also removed from around us by 8pm though the restaurant would be open another 2 hours.These must be signs that I really need to take my children to eat elsewhere.. I really hope that safety is considered in future choices of seating. No one should have to fall while eating.
I haven't been to this chipotle in over a year and I only went last week because I had a reward for buy one get one free. When we got here, the lady serving us was semi rude. She barely put any steak into my bowl and when I asked for more, she didn't tell me that it was an extra $5 charge. My husband got a burrito and even his carnitas burrito barely has any meat on it but she gave the lady and her in front of his more meat and filled her burrito up and filled up the kid's meal as well. I also ordered chips and when we got home, we found out the chips were stale. The cashier was super nice and friendly and the food tasted decent but probably won't come back to this location.

Don't order a Burrito online here, they skimp on the meat.My chicken burrito hardly has any chicken in it, Sofritas burrito has NO SOFRITAS!They look big, but only full of rice & beans.Taste terrible too.I'll stay with "BAJA FRESH" Burritos, they are simply the best!

Worst service / hospitality I've ever experienced at Chipotle. Busy Saturday around lunch time and one of the only 4-seater tables is occupied by a single employee named Omar who refused to give up to customers waiting for the previous employee to finish up. We had a baby (who was also a paying customer eating chips and guac) so we needed a high chair and a low table, he refused to move to any other smaller or high-top table. We ended up waiting for another customer family to finish up so we could use their table. Don't expect to dine-in here and enjoy a peaceful eating experience b/c as we were finishing we could see even more customers looks for a table and we decided to give up our table so they could sit.

It was free guacamole day the other day. You get a free side of guac with an online order. So I order a chicken bowl, a carnitas bowl and a side of guacamole. Unfortunately the guacamole was included within the carnitas bowl. My wife doesn't like guac so all traces had to be scraped off. Lastly, it seems if you're not watching the prep in the store the portions are rather skimpy. Even with romaine in it, it still look very flat in the container.

An extra scoop of steak cost me $5 (not worth it). The dude who served me seemed like he just hated being there. Food messed with my stomach and threw it up two hours later. Idk if it was the steak because it tasted overseasoned or if it was the guacamole. Anyway I'm not coming back ever.
