I think the best thing about this place is the design and aesthetic. If you look at the photos, you can tell that it's definitely pleasing to the eye. As for the coconut jelly that they serve, it's not bad, but it could use some improvement. My friend ordered the STRAWBERRY COCONUT JELLY. They use fresh strawberries, but they're the waxy, kind of tasteless ones that the big chain supermarkets carry. I think the owner should consider regularly getting seasonal fruit from one of the nearby farmer's markets. I ordered the WHOLE COCONUT JELLY mainly because of the look of it. Of course, inherently, coconut is a little bland, so I'm curious to find out if the other options - like pineapple, mango or durian - succeed in giving the satisfaction of sweetness and flavor. One other small criticism of this place is that - at least by the time that I went - they hadn't put a trashcan in the dining area. Instead, I had to hand my trash to the person behind the counter. I suggested that they put a trash can somewhere, but they seemed disinterested. So, if you have a tissue or some chewing gum that you want to discard, I guess you have to either get rid of it in the restroom or hand it to staff.

Jessica was super sweet and helpful with my picky mom lol The bird's nest one was good, was it probably not the best birds nest? Probably lol Be careful when parking there. There was a weird scammer dude that purposely was looking to get run over when backing up.

First time visiting on a Friday night, lots of people with limited seats. They ran out of mango so I got the whole coconut jelly & my friend ordered the double coconut jelly. We realized they were actually the same thing, except one was in a fresh coconut and the other was in a glass jar. I prefer the whole coconut because I was able to eat the coconut meat afterwards. The dessert was refreshing & delicious, just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely return and try their mango flavor jelly and drinks.

The Jelly was so watery, it was not any close to Jelly consistency at all. It was skeptical when there were no customer inside the store. But the freshly made mochi egg waffles were not bad.

Unsure why there's so many bad reviews because I had an excellent experience LOL I came on lunar new year and they weren't busy in the afternoon. I got a pineapple coconut jelly and a mango coconut jelly. Their coconut jelly is very comparable to Melo Melo and probably a couple dollars cheaper. Service was excellent. I didn't grab the cashier's name but she was so nice The shop is really cute as well!

My friends and I stopped by on Friday night, 2/9/2024 at around 8:45 PM. First off, I loved the fact that the coconut jellies come in glass jars (similar to melo melo) and you get to keep and repurpose them! Choices: Since we came late night on Lunar New Year Eve, the options were quite limited. We wanted to try the mango one, but unfortunately the mango was sold out until the following week. My husband and I ordered the following: Double Coconut Jelly $7.99 -- Absolutely loved this! Very refreshing. The coconut jelly is light. The flavor isn't too rich and I was able to finish this after eating a heavy meal! I highly recommend this one. Taro Coconut Jelly $10.99 -- This one was a little heavier. Both my husband and I actually preferred the double Coconut Jelly. The taro is pretty dense and the flavor covers the coconut a little bit. I'm not sure if the coconut jelly pairs too well with this taro. Whole Coconut Jelly $8.99 -- For our friend! If you don't care for the glass jar and want some extra coconut meat, go for this. This also includes the coconut jelly inside. Parking: Plenty of parking spots available! Lots of stores were closed during the time when we came at night but I also saw lot of empty shops in the plaza so parking should not be a problem! Seating: Limited indoor seating available that are lined against the wall. We had a party of four and my husband had to stand since we couldn't get enough chairs Vibes: It's so...juxtaposed in here! The decor is cute - very girly with floral chandeliers, silver and white floral wallpaper, and accent colors of turquoise. What is mismatched is the music selection. Although, the vibes are kind of victorian, bright, girly, I guess upper scale... The music is blasting hip hop (both american and Chinese) and is SUPER loud. If you close your eyes, it feels like you are at a night club, and you open them and you're like wut LOL. Yeah, it was hard to have a convo cus the music was blasting. All in all, I'd consider coming back. Maybe next time we can try the mango coconut jelly along with their egg waffles! :)

Deleted my good honest review to manipulate their ratings, I only had minor critiques. I have nearly 20M views, you'd figure I would keep track of my reviews, less stars for you.

Do NOT come here!!! Despite the decent reviews, the service really really needs to improve here. Placed a phone order today - was told it will be about 10mins. "Sure, no problem" I arrived around 20mins later. Was told it will be about 2 more mins. "Sure, no problem" Waited about 15mins and reapproached the workers. Now I am told they are SOLD OUT due to receiving tons of online orders. What the F....!!!!? Then why was I not told this when I stepped into the store? I would be annoyed but being told "2 more mins" and actually not even "preparing my order on a sold out item" is a whole different level. Now I am pissed. I waited over 30mins of a sold out item?! Then they said they can prepare my item using their last batch, so I waited another 4mins. Total waste of 40+ minutes at a place where it can be highly competitive for similar or better items. Good luck, I hope you guys survive here. Horrible service.

Parking: Plenty available in lot Ambience: Clean, cool-toned, bright, and empty when we came in on a Monday night Service: A bit slow Taste: Can't comment on its namesake as I got the durian crepe cake and mango pancake, both of which were delicious and tasted exactly like their associated fruits. They came pre-wrapped in plastic containers, but still tasted fresh. Great Asian dessert place that deserves the highest compliment of not too sweet

The jelly is refreshing and not too sweet. Delicious! Tastes so much better than Phoenix!

Came here at 8pm, 2 hours before they're closing. They ran out of all mango dessert and egg waffles... handle business better.

Can't speak to their main specialty of coconut jelly, since I didn't order that, but I can comment on the egg waffles. They were around $3.99 and we ordered them because I was with my cheap Asian friend who shall remain anonymous. She felt that they were crispy, sweet, and overall pretty satisfying. There wasn't anyone else in the shop at our time of visit, so the ambiance felt quite nice. It's not a big shop by any means, but it's not small either. They have a cute aesthetic going on with their turquoise blue and Rococo-esque inspired furniture and finishings, which serves the dessert vibes nicely. The service was nice, the male worker behind the counter did his job in preparing the egg waffle and calling out the order for us once it was done (even though I could hear and smell the food being finished).
