Response from the owner Elizabeth after I raised an issue about the spelling of the name being wrong. There's no accountability for the store or employee to acknowledge a mistake was made but rather made it look like I could have avoided this when the employee or even the manager could have done their due diligence to ensure they did their job correctly. They said the issue could have been avoided if I alerted them in the store. An employee called me and said the manager would reach out regarding a reimbursement or a discount and I got none of that. (Owners response to me below)"Hello, we do apologize for the inconvenience. In the future, when an issue arises, we are more than happy to correct the error. We looked into the situation via cameras, and we saw that the issue could have been avoided. We viewed a picture that you posted on Yelp that we have a video of you taking in the store which lets us know that you could have alerted us of the misspelling in store. We would have been happy to correct then and there in the store. Sorry again."

I've been coming here for years, and it never fails. Friendly staff, clean area, and a lot of laughter with the staff. Ice creme always hits the spot. their mint with dark chocolate shavings is a must.

The manager at this location is the best! Cold Stone (Alhambra, CA)1. Berry Berry Good | $8 | 4.5/5 Review:- This is actually my first time trying cold stone (no way!) and it was amazing. I didn't know they would create the ice cream in front of you. I thought they would scoop ice cream like all other places. - I got a large and they gave me so much! Make sure to come during closing! - The berry berry good had all the berries and was extremely sweet and fruity. - Would definitely come back here again as I love the complexity they have in their ice cream. Parking:Free. There are free parking structures around main street.

Delicious and tasty ice cream. Recommend to anyone who is an ice cream fanatic or loves to munch on mouthwatering ice cream. The service is amazing with nice and kind employees. Especially on the night shift, they are fast and work together as a team. They are joyful and communicate with their customers. The environment in the store is lively with music. The mood in the store is just a vibe in my opinion. Everything is great but sadly within the past few years of going here, I have experienced and seen very rude customers and unjustified complaints from them. I have tried to defend the employees many times because they weren't in the wrong. I hope their boss acknowledge their hard work and give them a raise for dealing with the bs, rude and disrespectful customers everyday.

Ice Cream, you scream..."Scream what?!" Ice cream duh! Cold stone creamery has been a staple in the SFV for years. You can order a signature creation or create your own. Pick your base flavors, add ins of choice then watch a cold stone employee mix up your personal concoction right in front of your eyes!!!Pretty cool, right?! It's a creamy delight that has the soft consistency like soft serve, my personal fav! Great for taking the family after dinner...but who needs an excuse for ice cream? Not me! Pick a cup or a cone! They also sell ice cream cakes and sandwiches! A little pricey but sometimes ya just gotta go for it! Plenty of parking

Daughter loved her first cold stone experience, inflation has made the smallest size Oreo flavor without the cone $7.99 Also no places to sit inside nor a bathroom. Outdoor seating had their chairs on-top of tables. We ended up going to the Starbucks next door, using their bathroom, getting coffee, and sitting there at the chairs outside Starbucks. So yeah kind of a long process to get ice cream but we had a great time

Almost $8 for a small ice cream and no samples of some flavors I've never tried before doesn't seem reasonable to me...It's a loud environment and you aren't allowed to get close to the ice cream glass as they have it roped off so make sure you use your loud voice and listen closely. Not much to say about the service. They all seemed pretty young, not very friendly and probably tired from a long day. All I can say is I miss the rite aid down the street and their ice cream.

This is a nice Cold Stone it's clean and the staff is friendly. The large "Gotta Have It" is only $1 more than the small "Like It". They have a few tables outside for seating.

On a corner on Main Street, no place to sit down unless there is availability outside on the sidewalk.This location protects its worker and customers by maintain safe distance protocols being a high traffic store.Ordered the chocolate devotion was is essentially dark chocolate with brownies, fudge and bits mixed into an awesome scoop.They have three sizes and the price difference makes it completely more worth it to just order the largest "Gotta have it" size. (50 cent differences between the sizes).Besides having delicious selections the service here is top notch and wanted so a shout out to James for being such an awesome, patient, and courteous customer service professional highly admire by my wife and I.There is parking in a structure down the small street that free if you cannot find parking in this busy street.I highly recommend this business and location!Again thanx James for making our night through kindness!

I have visited many Coldstone stores but the service here was terrible. I came to purchase an ice cream cake with my kiddos. There were two people behind the counter on their phone. Another person was actually working, getting customers their ice cream. I asked one of them on their phone if the ice cream cakes in the window were ordered for someone else. He looked at me, said no, and went back to his phone. They both didn't look like they were doing something, like inventory or paperwork for the store. So my view was that they didn't really want to help. My kids and I left. I love a good coldstones, but I won't be visiting this location.

Came here and no one was here waited a couple min making noise so the worker would come out and to my surprise the lady was making out with some old dude in the back. 31 Flavors and DQ way better than this trashI came in around 12-3 and the day was either the 23 or 24 of last month
