The overall environment of this porridge and noodle shop is simple and clean. After trying their wonton noodles, I found that their wonton noodles were bland, unpleasant and chewy, just like the most ordinary cheap goods. As for the wontons, there are four wonton noodles in a bowl. They are quite large and contain shrimp and pork. My Seafood Congee had a generous portion of seafood and the rice-water ratio was on point. It just needs the Chinese Doughnut to complement the dish.
Service is minimal and perfunctory. The open kitchen lets you see how your food is prepared. The feeling when I walked in was just like going back to the vintage restaurants in Asia. You're here for the good food, not service or decor.
