Bad customer service they don’t even pick up the phone they hang up like five times at the tire center then I try the office I was keep calling and calling when they finally answer they put me on hold right away and forgot that I was waiting and they never answered. I never got to talk to anybody. I won’t go to that particular Costco or even worse never try to call again.

I got my tires serviced and something was taken from my car. I spoke with a manager there and they told me they'd call me once the manager working that night got in, but they haven't called me and it's been nearly a month. Every time I call, it's a hassle to even talk to someone. I've been on hold for 10 minutes already and have doubts I'll be spoken to in the next hour.
