We visited this Dennys on Tuesday December 2th and we received the best customer service from Angela even tho She was apparently was working alone cause she was taking orders, serving the drinks, serving the food, and even at cash register so we can pay our bill. And she still manage to have a great fantastic attitude with everyone...while the manager (girl) was mining her own...cause we were there for couple hours 1130am till like 2pm..and only saw Angela working in all areas of the restaurant...and ofcourse it was busy over 10 tables with families.... Thanks Angela for your great customer service, attitude..we need more people like ypu...I hope she gets promotion to manager

So to start off I always come to this dennys location, however today was the worst experience I’ve had. Usually when we are sat the utensils are laid out for us, but today when we realized we had no utensils to eat our food with, or napkins to wipe our hands, after our food was brought put to us, we asked the waiter. The food was okay until I got to my pancakes which tasted SALTY. I was so confused, so when I let the host at the front know he made a confused face and told me that “All the pancakes are made the same, but ok”. Obviously sir…. There’s not many ways to make pancakes but for whatever reason they tasted salty, could’ve been an accident; but how would he know if he’s not the cook himself or bringing out our food. Thus, my worst experience here; and shoutout to the host in the front with bad attitude.
