Please open a Dickey's in Burbank. We would welcome with open arms. The nearest one is in east Pasadena, and I stop by when I get out there, but that's not more than two times a year. The meat is smoked onsite, filling your nostrils with a heavenly aroma, and the desserts are delicious.

We came here after church once, with a huge party. It wasn't crowded so we were able to get seated easily and order on our own. I liked the food, but I didn't think it was amazing barbecue food. I do recommend it if you're looking for something American in the area. I think they have good deals, like kids eat free someday. Don't quote me on that one.

Terrible! I ordered delivery and live 5 mins away. The potato casserole taste like box mash potatoes with water! Absolutely flavorless! The pulled pork was cold to the touch! And our wings were missing. And when I called nobody answered! Terrible service , terrible taste! Do not order from here!

Horrible restaurant! Placed an order in app and scheduled it for 6pm. When I got to the restaurant at 6 they were already closed and locked up. Even though their hours of operation are untill 9pm. What's the point of allowing online orders at scheduled times if you're just going to close early. Stay away from this place!

Had this place years ago and I loved it. Just went in today with my girlfriend and it has to be some of the worst food and service we have had in a long time. Threw away all of our food after a few bites. Service just didn't care at all.

Went here for lunch two days ago, not really sure what's going on here. tried to order ribs and polish sausages. they don't have ribs or sausages OR WINGS. the baked potatoes weren't ready to serve yet... i went at 1:30PM... and there are no big yellow cups.... only smalls... literally their branding. felt bad for the poor lady behind the counter, please tip well if you go. pulled pork is ok.

Man, this location was the worst Dickey's I've been to. Ordered my usual 3 meat plate... I got a burnt ribs that were like jerky. Brisket was the same. The ladies working looked like they didn't care. Chicken breast was the only thing decent. Staying away from Dickey's for a while

Their quality of food has gone down despite their high prices. Mac & cheese seemed like left overs. Beans not cooked through. Coleslaw tasteless. Their meats decent enough to make up for the lack of side quality.

I came here for lunch with my group of 9. When we placed our orders, we were told that they were out of it. Most of the stuff that we wanted were out. We had 4 kids and they were only able to scrap up 2 servings of Mac n cheese. They were almost out of potato salad, out of ribs, out of ice cream, the list went on. It was honestly quite disappointing. We were also the only ones in the restaurant so it's not like we were there during a lunch rush. I gave 2 stars for somewhat decent tasting food. But the lack of food and the time it took to get all the food ready (about 15 minutes from the time we ordered) brought down the rating.
This place is great. The loaded baker is the way to go, but the pulled pork is really good too.

Average barbecue at best combined with disinterested customer service will definitely make my first trip my only trip and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for barbecue in the future. I went mid afternoon and not only was are order taken incorrectly, but the person taking it seemed less than interested in helping us and we were also given the wrong sides and the ribs and brisket were dry and lacking good flavor. Definitely won't be returning.
