So excited to find this place in SGV that has vegan xiao long bao!! Most places have vegan dumplings (like din tai fung), but not easy to find vegan xiao long bao. They were yummy and juicy. We also got the sesame noodles which were good.

For the first time I was craving some dumplings and this was the spot to go. It was empty the first time I went but soon enough more people arrived, it was a warm cozy place. Food was amazing I just wanted to order more even with my small stomach. Overall I'd say it was a great dumpling experience!
It’s just not a good dumpling place. Was served hot tea in a tall beer glass. Wonton soup tasted reheated, soup dumpling skin was way too thick. Service wasn’t much better, with our server seeming both flustered and confused with only two couples in the whole restaurant. Also, pricier than surrounding options. The bowls were like oily on the bottom when you would pick them up. Just a lot of not great stuff.

This is a sister store to Dim Sum World in MPK. There is more room for seating and a comfortable look – and the same great food. The menu is slightly expanded, particularly desserts.
Noodles with Bean Paste wasn't bad, Xiao Long Bao was average. Xiu Mai was undercooked and not great considering pork is a main ingrediant. Shrimp Chow Mein had few shrimp, maybe 7 or 8 pieces in total. Durian rolls had nor real durian and barely any flavor.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. We came for lunch, were seated for about ten minutes when we were asked to move to a different table. Ok. Was told there were no noodles or fried rice. Ok. Hot tea came out in a beer glass, lipstick stained, sent that back. Ok. Egg rolls came out undercooked, squishy and cold. Called our server over that they were not edible. They offered to remake them, but at this point we did not have a good feeling that the rest of our meal was going to be satisfactory. We left $ on the table and left.
I can understand a glitch here and there but this was next level incompetence. We should’ve left when they said there were no noodles or fried rice. They had regular rice though? It just didn’t make sense. This is a new business that seriously needs to work out their systems and address these problems.

I am doing this review based off one visit. I’ll have to visit it again. But I will say that the dumplings I tried were great. Chicken dumplings and wonton soup were tasty. I was disappointed as I had my kids with me and there was no fried rice or noodles for the kids to eat. They get more full off those dishes than dumplings so that was a let down. I’ll have to come back.
Also this tea “cup” which was a beer stein haha I had to wait waaay after my meal to even try it. Boiling hot!
