To be honest, which is a phrase I hardly ever use. In this case it fits, “to be honest”, I don’t think I would have ever found this burger spot!!! However since going there, I think you should too. The fries are 10 out of 10 very fresh and the burger (mines without sauce) is a 10 out of 10 to my liking. The customer service is amazing. I walked in and the first worker I came in contact with had a very pleasant and inviting smile on her face. The other young lady is just a nice and was eager to serve.
The manager showed me I was in a good place to enjoy good food along with good service.
The amibiance with the great service and excellent food is why I’m sharing this spot you should visit.
Also, I came home a reheated those fresh tasting fries and they still taste top notch

Sorry guys but 9 dollars for a mini burger? No thanks. It tastes good but not worth it. There are wayyy better places and for a better price. And the fries? Just sad 😭 never coming here again

Not worth spending the money as food was just greasy and no flavor.

Alhambra location on 9/11.
Only had the Brussel Sprouts take away (pairs quite well with the beer over at Cervecería del Pueblo)...they were delish!
Staff was friendly but special shout out to Josh...he was patient (had my dog with me), kind, generous and helpful! He shared the backstory on For The Wine (ended up getting a bottle to go). Not to mention, he spoiled my pup! Definitely be back next trip to Pasadena.☺️🐾

Usually go to the pop up at Good Neighbor Bar, but when we went tonight at only 6:45 they had sold out. Craving the delicious smash burger, we decided to bite the bullet and drive to the physical Alhambra location. Thank gawd we did! They hooked it up and we were able to try new menu items (including the loaded sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts) all of which were as delish as the burgers we knew and loved. Def making the trek down again.

No5 bad, not great... the fries are generic sadly... the meat had decent flavor, bun was good, cheese was bland, sauce was a little odd tasting... not terrible but its a unique take on burger sauce and in my humble opinion I didnt like the tang of it. Im glad I tried this place but its forgettable. Id pass unless you have no other options and are craving a smash burger. One turn off in the burger as well was the fact that there were only 2 pickles on it. The ratio was unfavorable.
Also there really isnt any service here.
You walk up to a screen to order as if youre placing a mobile order. No beverage machine either, all canned and bottled drinks. (If that matters to you) I like ti mention those things.
So no real human interaction. Again, pass on this place.

Exactly what I was hoping for, greasy, smash-burger with ooey-gooey cheese smashed into bacon and yummy patties. Milkshake was also super tasty (chocolate)
Awesome Burger, very friendly staff!

I’m a delivery driver and had a frustrating experience at this location with a staff member who wore a beret-style cap and was the only person working at the time.
English is not my first language, but I always try my best to do my job well. When I can’t pronounce the customer’s name, I politely show my phone screen so the staff can read it.
However, this staff member deliberately refused to look at my screen and kept asking me to say the name out loud — even though he clearly knows I can’t pronounce it. I’ve been to this store multiple times, and he knows I don’t speak fluent English, but he still chose not to help.
His behavior felt intentionally cold and uncooperative, and this kind of attitude makes it unnecessarily difficult for delivery workers who are just trying to do their job.
I hope the management sees this and reminds staff to treat delivery drivers with basic respect, regardless of language barriers.

Amazing smash burgers, slightly overpriced. Standard fast-casual eatery service and atmosphere. Location was clean!

One of the best smash burgers I’ve had in the LA area, no matter how many times I go it’s always the same quality.
