Too bad, the worst barbecue I have ever had. Even disposable bowls and chopsticks. The food was served very slowly. I didn’t know what to do in the kitchen. No one poured water. The service was zero. The taste was terrible. All the skewers were soaked. In oil, it is very expensive to sell it like this, which is a big shock.

Their mutton kebabs are big and delicious. They are indeed grilled over charcoal. I especially recommend leek egg shrimp dumplings and fat lamb waist. They are so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. Next time, I can order them by phone first. You don't have to wait until you arrive at the store and you can eat it directly!

in short, yes the service is bad, yes the menu isn't for foreigners, but if you or a friend is fluent in Mandarin and are familiar with restaurant attitudes in Northern China, then this place actually blows other chinese BBQ out the water. For starters, this place reminds me of my city (Tianjin) in China, and like other northern, family ran restaurants, the decor, ambiance, etc can be a little sketchy, but that's also when you know it's authentic. Take it as a little taste to how a family ran, small, Northern Chinese restaurant would be likeThis place is probably my new go to place for Chinese BBQ. It's lowkey, has ample parking, there's usually very few customers, and the prices are very fair. Just make sure to call the waiter over, as she didn't really notice us until we called her. We had to get water ourselves, and don't be too afraid!I ordered some shrimp, lamb, hotdog, squid, beef, and Orleans chicken wings. I also ordered a smoked chicken. There were 2 other occupied tables when I arrived, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food. They are served in paper plates, and were hot and fresh from the grill (actual charcoal grill). There was a lot of seasonings, which was welcome, and the lamb and beef skewers were both pretty spicy. The shrimp was soo good, $5 for 3 is pretty worth it IMO since other places sometimes charge a lot more. The Orleans chicken wings were probably my favorite; they were sweet, savory and juicy, I had to order another serving. Their food overall was really good for the price, and the portions are pretty big! If you decide to come here, I recommend bringing a friend who is fluent in Mandarin or at least has an understanding of the culture in some smaller Chinese restaurants. They have amazing food at really good prices, and don't skimp on portions. I recommend the lamb skewers, Orleans chicken wings, shrimp, and smoked chicken. Be prepared to call the waitress over and take initiative in getting their attention. You can tell it's a small family ran restaurant, and I love supporting places like these. The service IMO is justifiable since they do share a different culture than America, and the restaurant is catered more towards Chinese people rather than ABCs.
